Wish i had the name of the staff member who rented me the car - he was very helpful + patient and let me select from the what was available. Process for checking in and out we’re both quick and ez. They helped me out a lot in regards with working with my insurance and help with returning the car. Highly recommended

The guy that brought the car, signed us out, and signed the car back in was great. We may have left our other vehicles key in the car so we tried to call the location the rental came from to see if we left it in there. The guy that was cleaning the cars wasn't very nice or helpful. We ended up just taking a loss for the key. Since that guy was of no help.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is da BOMB, "thus far". There is no other comparison in the car rental industry as far as im concerned! Nothing but real good experiences with them "so far", wherever I go!

Very nice people work there and they are very helpful. Enterprise office was very busy the morning I picked up the car, yet everyone there was calm, cool and ready to help. The Pearl City/Aiea Enterprise is the BEST!

These guys would rather use credit cards than debit card, as if her cash on hand is not good enough. Between leaving home and getting home After a wasted attempt to rent a car for a day, it’s still gonna cost me $60 with my Uber rides. My mom was going to use her credit card, but they require her to be in Hawaii by my side at the time ofrecieving the keys. This is the last time that I will ever use enterprise, but that’s not to say I have not used enterprise quite often in the past, but times are a changing.

The young man who helped me with the whole process Javen went above and beyond! He was very patient and helpful, he is definitely a class A person and I really hope the company appreciates him!

Good location near home and nice car. The car could have been cleaned better and a lower rental price, but otherwise a positive rental experience.

The location I used is right up the road from my auto dealer. Always can depend on Aiea location to render a car rental while my vehicle is being serviced. Enterprise is the only car rental that picks up and drop off their customers at their location. Thanks Enterprise! I can depend on you!
