Just rented a 10x10 and a 5x10. Went and dropped my belongings last night bringing up the last cart of my property (already inside the security doors) went to take my last cart up to my rental units and the elevator would not let me back up to my units (10: 10 pm) No access, no stairway, no way back up. Both my units were left wide open for anyone to come by and take whatever they wanted. I live 1 hour away so I had to wake up early the morning scramble back to Extra Space to go and secure both my units when they opened. Fortunately I got there early enough that no one stole any of my property.

Very disappointed. First night there!

Dane was super helpful, showed me the different sizes so I could make the right choice. I was able to fit all my storage once I knew what the storage space actually really looked like-great job!

I really enjoyed signing up with Misty! She’s the bestest person who knows about the storage spaces and welcomes me with open arms! She does her job with a loving heart and cares about our safety and concerns! She’s the right person for job! Whoever hired her should give her a bonus!

Clean environment, lots of parking, it would be nice to have more carts to assist moving items in and out though. We were lucky to get one right away, another gentleman had to wait for one. Great friendly service from Aunty Misty. She has plenty ALOHA and made our experience at "Extra Space Storage" quick, professional, simple. The location is great, 10 - minute drive from our home. Thank you again to Aunty Misty for welcoming us and making us feel confident that our storage will be safe and secure.

Dane and Boomer were terrific! Excellent customer service, they took the time to go over all of the options with us without pressure. Facility is clean and organized and they helped us set up the online reservation from right in the store.

From the first interaction over the phone with Misty, I felt like family. I knew she would take care of my storage needs. Upon arrival I noticed everything was so clean and the layout was well thought out with safety in mind. She took me on a dry run to quell my fears of endlessly being lost in the storage maze gave me her card to call if I need help and I knew I made the right decision!
