Scammers! I have piad for the first 4 months 80$ and then with out to let me know they doubled the price! Now I need to move everything out. Better for you find a place that not racing the price like that $80 to $160 in one day it’s not ok.

Women on 12/08/23 was polite, informative with prices container sizes along with storage hrs and days of operation. She even provided
other options that was available. Paper work was minimum yet precise.

I’ve had great experience with Extra Space Storage so far because of the accommodating and friendly staff. Honolulu and Wahiawa Location (Jennifer) were a big help and answered all the questions that I have. They deserve a pay raise for doing a great job. The Wahiawa location is very clean and nice. 5/5 would recommend to other people.

Never fun to have to pay storage when late and out of town

Awesome customer service. Very clean facility. We initially made a reservation online, but when we got there we noticed that we needed a larger unit. I forgot the young woman’s name who helped us but she helped us transfer to the larger unit and was such a delight. The store manager is also super friendly and helpful. Awesome service!

Extremely helpful, and set up everything over the phone. I went to look at the storage unit today and everything is in order.

I called today and spoke with Jennifer at the Wahiawa Extra Space Storage location. She was more then helpful to me over the phone today. I needed to make a payment over the phone and was unaware of my amount as the fees had gone up and the late fees included. She was very helpful in explaining what my payment was and why. I have been a customer here for awhile now and this by far has been the best experience I have had with an associate there. She was very pleasant and patient with me and my frustration. I am very glad I got to speak with her today, as now I know what my payments are for! I hope the next time I have a question or concerns she will be the person I get lucky enough to speak with.

Update: Today I called and got to speak with an agent on the phone (Jennifer at the wahiawa location) to my surprise I got to speak with the same lady that was very helpful to me in the past. She sounded like she was busy but stopped what she was doing went back to her desk and assisted me. Usually I'm asked if they could return my call once they are back in the office (which I understand). However Jennifer got to answer my questions. I am very glad I got to speak with her today.

Jennifer was very very friendly and helpful. She made sure i get all the assistance and information i needed successfully move to my 10x10 space.
