I’ve been storing with Kapolei Extra storage space for many years. Employees and their customer service is top notch. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

The facility is conveniently located near the highway. My unit was a drive up unit with large dual access roll up doors. Perfect for getting item quickly and easily. Unit and bathrooms are well lit clean and secure. The staff members here are absolutely amazing! Theyre efficient helpful and really make me feel comfortable leaving my items that needed to be stored away. I recommend this storage facility to everyone i know.

Very easy to move in and out. Great customer service along with calls letting me know that my storage unit is not locked correctly.not only 1x but a couple calls.other than that it was a good and convenient area for me.

Staff is friendly and attentive to my questions. I have used this location in the past and have had only positive experiences. I enjoy the later entry hours, helps my busy schedule.

I rented from Extra Space in California so I was aware of the legendary customer service. However the staff at this location were very professional knowledgeable, joyful & kind. They have what the mainland locations dont

I've been truly happy using Extra Space Storage as my choice of company to store my personal belongings with. I once lost my combination and an ESP staff immediately cut the lock so I could get access. My visits to the office have always been pleasant due to the friendly and efficient staff. If the location is right for you I recommend Extra Storage Space for your storage needs.
