Friendly and helpful staff, and Dr. Chang is personable and answered all my questions. Never felt rushed.

I did not have a good experience here. The place was difficult to find and the staff were not the most accommodating or informative. I was alarmed when the assistant was not able to complete the testing after trying several times and stated I needed to speak to the doctor for my results. Overvall the doctor was informative and had good care. The billing is another issue as they only bill medical and not a comprehensive eye exam. So be aware you will be paying a lot more then disclosed. Do not recommend.

I just want to thank Dr Chan and his marvelous staff for their excellent service! I had an urgent matter and they treated me with such kindness and care and made room for me, getting me in quickly. Dr Chan is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate as well! Thank you so much and I recommend their service to everyone!

The staff, nurses and front desk personnel are very professional and kind. Dr. Chang is so great at what he does. My vision is so good and clear now the colors are so vibrant.

I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Kenneth Chang of Eye Doctors Hawaii. He explained all the options and patiently answered my questions. He's calm and friendly. I'm very happy with the results. I recommend Dr. Chang and staff without reservations.

Post surgery my vision had increased to 20/15, better than when I was 18 years old (now 75). The most dramatic change, besides the clarity, were the colors. I now see life in HIGH DEFINITION! Couldn't be happier with all phases of Dr. Chang's treatment.

As we have aged and become more sensitive to the importance of our eyesight and the care that is necessary, my wife and I decided to change our eye doctor. We were fortunate enough to find Doctor Kenneth Chang and his staff, which are conveniently located in Hawaii Kai. My wife and we’re amazed at the level of expertise Doctor Chang and his entire office staff have. These are extremely well qualified individuals that make you feel comfortable and at ease during each step of our eye examination’s. The equipment used to examine our eyes was the best we have ever experienced. My wife and I are extremely grateful we found Doctor Kenneth Chang and his amazing staff.

There are eye doctors, there are good cataract doctors but then there is Dr. CHANG! He literally saved my life ordering MRAs, MRIs, and getting me necessary treatment for a rare vasculitis! Symptoms for my eyes improved and systemic inflammation was addressed in other body parts, lung, skin
What more can I say? He has diagnostic insight that I couldnt have gotten anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Incredible effort! My left eye was oblitherated by a knife, but then thanks to Dr Chang I was able to patch it back together and finally recover. You'll love the care and advice he'll give.

Dr. Chang is very caring. He made me feel comfortable. Never had a long wait and staff are helpful and nice. Highly recommended!

Dr. Chang and Junice were very welcoming and professional. Took care of a metal fragment in my eye very quickly and pain free.
