Firestone Complete Auto Care, Kaneohe HI

JAN 4,2024. I brought my car in for ac and breaks check. They released my car and I drove it around Kaneohe. I would hear a clicking sound whenever I brake that wasn't there before, then after a while I noticed sound like I would run over mini strip bumps on the road but not as noisy. I pulled on the side.it was the driver side tire, the lug nuts could be loosened by fingers. I went around and tightened all the lugnuts and all three tires have room for turning them by myself.
I thought all shops use a torque devise to tighten lugnuts properly. I was so pissed. This is not merely a complaint of inconvenience, this is an outcry to the danger of negligence.
I can only dread thinking of getting my family and others get into a huge accident if I hadn't discover this near miss incident.

The team was very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed my problem the first time, even after I brought my car to two other shops that couldn’t.

Good service, technically informed personnel, decent cost, reasonable recommendations but not pushy, convenient location, good communication, kept us updated when the car would be ready.

Although Firestone is very busy all through the day, the staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Firestone cares about their customers and the cars they service. Firestone does not try to up sell you but they do point out what your car needs to make sure you and your family is safe. They listen to what you need and want and they give you the best service and deals for your money. All the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Firestone treats their customers like they would their own family.

Love this location! Much friendlier than other ones in the area. Have had bad experiences at one of the others but this locations friendly and helpful staff are the only reason I stayed with Firestone

I was talking to the Cassie service manager earlier and she said if it's okay for me to wait 2 hours for the oil change and tire repair, we went home with my mother in the heat of the sun to go to the house to be waited after three hours I called and she said it hasn't been done yet she just me if we waited inside, very stupid lady! Do we need to hang inside just to finish? So disappointed she didn't even apologize.

Whenever my tires are low of air, Firestone (Kaneohe) is the place go to. Workers are friendly and accomodating.

Gave one star because it's required. Schedule my apptmt at least a week in advance and my appmt was at 9am and was advised my vehicle would be done by 12pm. At 11am I was advised that my vehicle was next to be serviced. At 12: 50pm, I noticed my vehicle wasn't worked on so I asked another customer what time their appointment was and they stated their appointment was taken at 11 but they came in late. However, they had already started working on her vehicle. Because i was upset, I asked for my keys and the receptionist didn't even hestitate.she didn't question, apologize, reschedule, or anything. No customer service! Take it from me and don't waste you're time here!

I had a flat tire emergency at the end of the day. Even though the shop was busy and getting ready to close, they got me in for the tire repair so that I could get home safely but even more importantly, I wouldn't have to deal with a flat first thing the next morning.
Great customer service, friendliness and professionalism!

Did my safety here. These guys was fast and very helpful. No go to the Kailua Firestone they shetty. I live that side and happy with my service at Kaneohe better.

My daughter’s vehicle needed air in her tires and windshield wipers.
She was also told that she needed tires as well.
The person who help us was very professional
We will be back to replace the tires.

Terrible service, they tried to blackmail me to by a new car battery in order to do a simple diagnostic on my truck.they said my battery was not sufficient to run a diagnostic. I Asked if they had a battery to use, "NO". Asked if they had a battery charger to charge, "NO". Truck sat there all day and they did nothing. When I picked up my truck, started up with no problem, just like It had dropped it off earlier. What a joke!

There closing time is not accurate on the Google time frame. I had my vehicle dropped off at the Firestone Kaneohe location and the closing time on Google said 6pm. I get a call at 4: 35pm saying if I'm gonna pick-up my vehicle before they close at 5pm and they won't wait even one minute after 5pm because they all have thing to do at 5pm so they won't wait for us to get the key even though our car was in a dangerous and a known theft area According to the worker. Good thing we did get to the shop 2 minutes before 5pm, change your time on your website and Google if that's not the accurate opening and closing time. That will really be helpful. Just saying!

Great service and very kind workers. Saved me from a lot of stress! I’m very appreciative of them.
