Five Guys, Kapolei HI

It would have been perfect but the wait and the no acknowledgement from the workers was a thumbs down for me. 1. I ordered my food online said 10 minutes. I gave them 15 then walked in. When I walked in there was 1 customer giving his order and 4 workers. They all looked at me and turned away. I waited till the customer was done ordering to approach for my order. After I told the worker I was there to pick up my online order she said it's almost done. Mind u I had a shake and cajun fries. I had to wait 20 minutes on top of the waiting I did in line.

The burger is ok but for five of them with fries for $120. Not worth it. This is Hawaii though.

Decent burger and fries. Wait not too long and the seating inside and out is ample. Fries were kinda soggy and limp but it had a good saltiness.

Food was good. Service was.eeh.received cups for drinks when I paid, but there were no lids or straws at soda machine. Had to wait back on a different line where you pick up the food to get them. Why hand out cups when you pay, but have a different area for lids and straws. Makes no sense. No napkins or condiments left out, so you have to ask for them too.

The food ok, I would say to me it's my son's favorite place. They sell shakes and burgers and always hook you up with fires, so only order one or else you are going to have a whole bag full of them if you order anymore. I like my burgers cook medium to eat, and this is one of these places were every order is well done. But it's a nice place to check out for kid's.

Terrible service and they messed up my order! If I wanted to get a messed up order I would have went to KFC! The manager is very unaccomidating! I will be sure to tell all of my associates that this place is horrible!

It’s a really good place to grab a fresh and delicious burger. It is more on the pricey side as everything is Ala cart. The A/C is nice to get a break from the sun and don’t forget your peanuts!

I got a cheeseburger All the way (Mayo, Lettuce, Pickle, Tomatoes, Grilled Mushroom, Ketchup, Grilled Onion, Mustard) and I added Green Peppers with a medium fry. They do give you extra fries but mine were not fresh so they were not that good. They have drink machines where you can create your own beverages but I only drank my water!

Ordered online ahead of time but still had about a 15 min wait at the store once we arrived (after a 15 min drive to get there). Food quality was great, but we had an odd thing for our order.

Two of us ordered an extra meat patty, and they both came on the side wrapped in foil. If I had just added it on its own, I would understand. But this was in the burger options section. Why would I add a patty to my burger and want it on the side? No big deal since it's an easy fix, but we all thought it a bit odd.

Still great food, and it's nice to be able to put 5 Guys in my mouth in Hawaii.

Had the freshly cut french fries and a peanut butter shake. Both were amazingly delicious!

Burger & fries were tasty. We got our food pretty quick considering this a fresh made to order burger. Clean & staff was nice

If you’re looking for a good burger after kicking it at the beach all day. Five Guys is a great spot. Good service and good burgers.

Got a veggie sandwich and a little bacon cheeseburger. Overall buns were cold, onions cold, mushrooms were from a can and felt/tasted like they never touched the grill. Not a good burger or sandwich.

We walked into the establishment, July 26 @ 6: 30 pm) and were never greeted by any of the staff, 2 were at the grill. The guy at the counter (cap and mustache) was on the phone snd never looked up at us. We left after 10 mins of being ignored.

Food taste was par.price for food is expensive.regularly cheese burger $11. Fries and drink is ala carte. Granted I fit 2 patties in my burger

Never a long wait on the food, always fresh and delicious. Every time I'm craving burgers we come here!
