Decent place, average quality tools, good price, and VERY subpar customer service. Especially from that chick in the front desk who is generally angry at life and acts more smug than a high school cheerleader.

The lady at the front desk is rude and seldom helpful. I think almost every answer to my questions were to go online or a reason to send me away. She told me they only have 1 inspector and that is why it is difficult to get an appointment, but I spoke with at least 2 gentlemen who told me they can do inspections. This place is 1 of 2 locations on the windward side that can do inspections and they actively schedule 1 guy? It's great to give service members a place to work on their own vehicles and provide them with tools, but the staffing should seriously be reconfigured.

They require you to wear pants, but if you don't have them they will gladly sell you a trash bag for pants.

Did my safety inspection here but this place is where you can do your own maintenance. But as for the safety inspection is pretty straight forward as long as you get the appointment scheduled. They post the appointments for the next month around the last week of the current month.

Five O Motors had all of the tools I needed to complete my project.

Staff doesn't hover over you so you can have all the space to do your own thing without any side distraction.

The price for a stall rental is cheap too.

Definitely coming here again for future projects!

If you’re missing all your own tools, and have the knowledge to turn your own wrenches (or even if you don’t, they were super helpful), you can’t beat the prices of this place.
I brought my own motorcycle lift/Jack (borrowed from a friend), and Five-O had ALL the tools. Cost me less than $45 to work on my bike for 1.5 days, including overnight stage in the enclosed bay.
