Fluid Motion Maui Pilates is absolutely amazing! Monique Jutila is a powerful teacher! She's warm, friendly, deeply caring, and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She will work with you no matter what your needs and challenges are. I have been to many studios and many teachers, and she is the best. She is so good at making sure you get a great workout! My husband and I were in Kihei at the beginning of Jan for 8 days and spent every day at Monique's studio. She was super accommodating and fit us in. The classes were great, instructors knowledgeable and the facility clean. Would highly recommend them! We will be back our next visit to Maui.

My first Pilates class I had very limited mobility because of my injury, Monique guided us perfectly, to fit both our needs which are two completely different levels.

We intensively took 5 of her private classes within 10 days. The result showed almost immediately, which made me more motivate to see her again. My posture changed right away, I built muscle without even thinking of gaining any, and I regained my very strength quickly. Overall I felt great after I took each of her classes. She has so much experience to offer, and who can help with people from different culture/jobs/prospect. She is the best around, I highly recommend Fluid Motion Maui. We will take her class again whenever we go back to Maui.

This is a wonderful, well run, clean, fun and caring Pilates studio. We purchased the 5 day pass while vacationing and went every day. Our instructors were friendly, sincere, and provided expert guidance. If you are a beginner or experienced this is an excellent studio to get your Pilates fix in. They have mat and full reformer classes. We'll be back when we return to Maui. Mahalo!

Love Fluid Motion Pilates! It's my go to for Pilates classes when I visit Maui. Monique and her instructors are very knowledgable and highly experienced. The studio is clean and well cared for and the classes are always challenging, but tailored to your experience level and needs. Absolutely LOVE this Pilates studio! What a treasure! While on vacation I bought a package of 10 group sessions and each and every class was perfectly set up for where I was at. Each instructor was extremely thorough, helpful and gave incredible feedback.

Best Pilates and Barre studio I've been to! The instructors are friendly, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. I took several classes, and the Barre instructor training course at Fluid Motion Maui. Kelly was very educated on the subject and taught a course that you would not be able to get anywhere else! Monique (the owner) is very kind, and is able to answer any questions you have about Pilates, Barre, or fitness! The studio is clean, smells fresh, and is very comfortable. Would highly recommend Fluid Motion Maui to anyone!

I went to Fluid Motion on a recent trip to Maui and had an amazing experience. First of all, the website experience sets the tone. It is super easy to navigate, find classes and schedule and book a class. You pay when you book and if you cancel within 24 hrs you will get a full refund.

The gym is super clean and loaded with equipment. They have 5 reformers and every accessory available to get the most from your Pilates or barre experience. I had the owner, Monique teach the classes I took and she is incredibly knowledgeable and adjusts clients when needed. I don’t do Pilates much at home so appreciated her instruction and descriptions when telling us what to do.

The best Pilates Studio on Maui. The owner, Monique, and her instructors make the difference. Their knowledge base, professionalism and pristine studio ensures the best experiences. After each private session with Monique, I immediately feel a difference. Not only is she the most knowledgeable Pilates instructor I have ever taken instruction from, but has years and years of industry experience in other body techniques and couldn't recommend a better instructor for all body work. Monique understands immediately the areas in which are causing my issues and addresses them. I also highly recommend Kelly and can say she is one of the most qualified group instructors I have taken classes from. Even in a class setting, you feel as if you are getting 1: 1 personalized instruction. As a triathlete, I only trust a couple professionals and Monique and her studio is one of them.

This place is so clean and and the equipment is in perfect condition (not rusty and old). My schedule is unpredictable but there are so many classes I can always find one that fits. Classes and private sessions are easy to book online.

Fluid Motion is my go to for Pilaties on Maui! It’s super clean with a variety of pilates workouts. Having the options to take a Mat class to a Reformer class and then change it up with a Bar class or Workshops they have going on, is what I love about this studio. The best part are the amazing instructors! Each having their own style and knowledge in this field. I’m able to learn so much from each of them about my body and what it needs to have a well rounded work out. This is the best Pilates studio on Maui!

My daughter has promoted Pilates to me for years so I decided to give it a go while vacationing in Kihei. It was the best part of my vacation! I left after my first session with Monique feeling energized and eager to return. The studio is bright and clean and could not be more inviting.

Very attentive instructors. Lots of variety, even if you attend the same class weekly. Studio is lovely and immaculately clean. You get a great workout.
