Foodland Farms Mauna Lani reviews
13Great place with every day items as well as a really good deli. Great fresh fruits and all the stuff you forgot to bring. And all of the employees, starting with the boss, are super friendly.
Reasonably stocked. Prices OK for a resort area. We usually get a few things here when in Hawaii.
Fantastic selection of grab and go bowls, sandwiches, salads, sushi, bakery. Also hot foods like breakfast burritos, loco Moco, spam musubi. The wine and liquor section is extensive although I wish they carried splits. Lots of gourmet food items if you like that stuff. Went here almost daily while staying at the local resort and didn't want to pay resort prices for casual food. They have poke by the pound too!
Used to be great but it is absolutely horrible that they got rid of the deli and the red box machine.
If empty shelves and rotten “sushi grade” fish is your thing, this is the store for you! Honestly, very disappointing inventory. Almost always empty shelves of poke and other popular foods. This is the worst Foodland store across all Hawaiian islands that I’ve ever been to. Bought a sushi grade ahi with “sell by” date 5 days ahead, came home, and it smelled funny. Opened up the package and it turned out to be rotten. Great… already extremely limited inventory needs to be triple checked for freshness.
Nice store with tons of great food choices for every meal. We stopped in just for a snack while adventuring but was thoroughly impressed with the selection as well as the friendliness of the staff and the glorious AC on a hot day.
GOOD FOOD STORE AND VARIETY OF FOOD, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, DAIRY AND MORE STAFF AD USUAL FOOD STORE.
WORKES IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
Man braucht eine Mitgliedschaft für bessere Preise aber sonst sauber jnd lekerer frischer Fisch
Compact Foodland but very well stocked. And the prepared food was delicious (as is usually the case with Foodland). Perfect for stocking up if you’re staying in Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea or Waikoloa.
This store makes having a relaxing Hawaiian vacation challenging. Buy your beer and wine someplace else.
Great selection, expected high prices for this area. Cashier had a horrible attitude and was blatantly annoyed by the tasks the job required. Other than that, we were able to get what we needed (and this was still cheaper than eating lunch at a restaurant around here).
Very nice store. Very nice staff who want to help. Nice variety of groceries, fruit, vegatables and wine. Plus they have the best coconut creme pie.
This store was a great find on this part of the island. Lots of prepared foods and bakery items, the meats and produce were fresh, reasonable prices for Hawaii and a decent wine selection. We visited twice and made two great meals at home.
