Wow. This place needs to be better known. It was reasonable, and delicious. There were a ton of selection for the salad and it was all so very very fresh and local even. Just a really tasty place to go when it is hot our. It just hit the spot. Staff are amazing and portions are big and it is a bargain.

We enjoyed our meals at Fork and Salad while vacationing on Maui. Three of our party of four ordered a soup and salad combo, but my wife ordered a full-size salad. My clam chowder was tasty and a little spicy, but it seemed the spice was the prominent taste instead of clams. It also seemed that the soup was thickened using corn starch and it lacked the real cream that gives clam chowder that satisfying mouth feel. But, I'm sure it's a healthier version. My sister enjoyed her tomato bisque, saying it tasted great and was just the right consistency. As for the salads, my Cobb salad was excellent, and my wife gobbled up all of her big Maui Goddess Salad like she hadn't eaten for a week. She loved it! My verdict is that the salads are the real star of the show here. The lettuce selections are fresh and crisp, the dressings tasty, and the salads crafted with care. So, we were quite happy with our lunch here, although truthfully I would have been even happier had I skipped the soup and gotten a bigger salad.

We went there on September 15,2022. We loved it and will definitely come back. They have very interesting combinations of salad and bowls and sandwiches. We had the Maui Goddess Salad and the Buddha Bowl. It was fresh and tasted wonderful. We will definitely come back to try the other combinations. Update: Endless Summer bowl and Papaya something or other. Rpasted eggplant sandwich. All good.

Surprisingly awesome. I am more of a steak kinda guy, but the chicken and goat cheese sandwich was so good I regret not trying this place sooner! Absolutely delicious

This is such a delicious fresh place to eat! Good prices too. We paid about $11 for a full sized meal. We had the endless summer bowl and the lemon chicken sandwich and both were great! They have the local farms listed on the wall which is also a nice touch. Wish we had this close to home!

So glad we found this place when we visited Maui. We were in need of a salad! Building your own salad was great for a picky family!

Good prices and fresh food. I really like the ancient grain bowl. The tuna sandwich isn't as good as I had hoped for the price but generally everything else I've tried on the menu is pretty good. I appreciate that they source their greens from local farms and kombucha from a local brewery.

One of the freshest and best tasting salads I've had on the island. From the thinly sliced apples to the chunks of eggplant and strawberries, you won't be disappointed.

I’m sad to give F&S 4 stars, but unfortunately like many spots in Maui (especially those that succeed and open additional locations) it has gone downhill. Being a healthy eater that lived in Maui for almost 10 years I can say this was one of my all time favorite spots. It is probably still the best place to get a fresh salad (with lots of local ingredient options) at a reasonable price, but service and ingredient quality are not what they once were. Hopefully we just caught a bad day but the lack of usual crowds tells me it may be more.

If you want to eat a bit healthier, this is a great place - the servings are a bit small, but the selection is nice and tastes great.
I like the Lemon & Thyme Chicken, which comes on a bun with super pesto, and a side salad that I like too.
The outdoor seating is quite nice and enjoyable too.

We always get soup and salad. Best soup you can get regardless of the flavor and the absolute freshest salad you can get. Best lunch in Kihei.

Asked to cancel order before it was made, and was told I would be given a refund. But I was still charged the full bill. Even though the order was canceled and not even made.

Great ingredients assembled by a caring staff make this one of the best places to enjoy a fresh, crisp meal on the entire island! We had the Ahi and chicken goat cheese sandwiches with a nice side salad. So Ono! Mahalo for a delish lunch.

The food was good, HOWEVER, they don't let customers use the restroom. If I'm going to spend $32.00 on lunch, my expectation is that I get to use their bathroom. Won't be back.
