I came here looking for a steering wheel for video games and the workers helped me out the best they can but no luck.

If video games are what you are looking for a brick and mortar, get it right now store is what you need. Can't wait for amazon, get it at game stop!

I went back to get my joy cons warranty swapped. No hassle and very very nice employees. Victor and Alexandria were awesome and so happy.

As far as GameStops go, this is one of the best. They actually do care and have a cordial and great staff. GameStop gets a lot of grief, some rightfully so, but this place feels a step ahead of the rest

They had the used game i wanted and the employee who helped me was really helpful and nice.

Place was well organized, and the person that was working was very knowledgeable and suggested looking at some clearance T-shirts, which I ended up buying and also renewing the expired membership. Will definitely be going back!

The store manager had a more than smug type of attitude like I was a bother, on top of the information he was giving me at the time was completely FALSE.

I've never left a review in my life but the customer service here was absolutely amazing! I've been to tons of gamestop's and this is definitely the best one! Highly recommend!

Sadly the one of the last of its kind in Hawaii. Can't say I'm looking forward to buy my games from Walmart ohhh how exciting. Ugh I have nothing bad to say about this place. The people here are super cool nice always willing to help you out. Please don't close this GameStop!
