Goodwill Store and Donation Center reviews
16Tagged along with my daughter's and surprisingly found a few items I needed! Worth to check it out!
Friendly and helpful staff make the experience a breeze. Parking at this location is a bit difficult. You can always park at the hardware store and walk over.
Compliments on the store floor plan and organization. Plan ahead on parking strategically because you have to exit the way you came in and turning your car around is very difficult.
Workers were very helpful and sincere. Place is somewhat hot and gloomy looking, but it has alot of character as well as items that are affordable.
A great store, but every time I go the checkout line is s l o w. So, you know, just be prepared.
Big, spacious store. Friendly staff. Carries a huge count of clothes, home wares, books, toys, some furniture and also sporting goods.
Goodwill doesnt allow any customwr to even hold the garment against your clothes to see if it "might" fit. They dont allow returns. So essentially you are being told to buy blindly with no gaurantee. The customer service is inadequate. The girls are rude when advising customers the rules.
3.5 states would be better. It's a well rounded thrift store of a nice size. Sadly, the parking lot may be scary because of driving sideways over ramps. No AC on the store. It gets hot and stuffy.
Despite being a warehouse type of store I guess, the parking there is so bad. It's hard to turn around, park, and just an overall hassle.
It's very hot in there from the heat of the warehouse metal walls.
Things are donated there, but the prices aren't thrift friendly and some overpriced for what it's worth.
Also, I feel like a security guard needs to be hired over there in case any altercations arise.
Worst goodwill ever. The parking lot is ridiculous and they have high prices nothing compares to mainland goodwill
Parking lot can be a challenge to get in and out of. Prices are higher than mainland thrift stores but as far as the island goes, they're not too bad. Large stock of clothing (especially women's) but items less so.
SO OVERPRICED! I do no know how many times I have seen worn out tshirts with various holes for $8.or a old dirty nike running shoes with stains for $20. After the place got cleaned up, prices were even more ridiculous.
Over priced.they get the stuff for free and charge the same price as if you bought it brand new.the place is hot.parking sux.
All items are overpriced. You forget that people dont have $. Example a wash cloth is $2. Clothes are old and poor choice and flat rate 6.99. R pi ss is cheaper and new. People are boycotting this place.
Things get donated. They charge a price that is too expensive for most clothing. I've seen stained clothes and their asking 10$ no matter the stain. Ridiculousness. It's supposed to be a thrift store? They seriously should consider the low income budget many Ohana's have and can barely afford their prices.
I spent about an hour picking out some chioce items when I sat my items down for a moment and the store clerk put them away. I was the only customers in the store with two clerks. Then they refused to answer me about them. I had to ask 3 times to get an answer. I left the items where they were. I will shop somewhere els.
