Working fast good system but I can't remove bad feeling
They just put expensive engine oil without discussing
And they mentioned that I can take $50 discount after subscription and more than $150 qualified purchase
But in person, they changed the word only more than $150 of labor fee even we spent $530

Just went here the other day. The staff is knowledgeable and, more importantly.honest! I took my care in to get the brakes done, and they told me only the front needed work, instead of trying to get me for all 4 wheels. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

Made an appointment for tire change. They told me it will take two hours but they didn’t even get to work on my car until 2 and a half hours in. Have been at the place for almost 3 and a half hours and they told me it will be another 30 minutes. So an estimate of 2 hours turned into 4 hours. Completely messed up my plans for the day. Had I know it will take them this long I would not have left my car in the first place.

Should have notified me that my car needed more work than what I asked for, rather than just presenting me with a $900 bill at pick up.

The website advertises free diagnostics and alignment but when you take your car in they tell you you'll need to change your tires first for them to do anything else such a scam and also rude staff

Quick efficient service, staff knowledgeable and experts in their field. Had an oil change, out within an hour. Great job Goodyear!

They fixed my brakes and made it stop making the high pitch noise and didn't charge me. Wow they were awesome! Thank you so much!

It’s rare to find a shop that actually knows what they’re doing and doesn’t want to load you up with a bunch of extras that you don’t need.

They saved me ~$2k from the work Lex Brodies wanted to charge me.

The staff is nice, and service is adequate, but they will scam you for money. Especially if you book online, expect a significant increase in the cost of your tires. Last time I walked in and the increase was fairly low. I decided to try again and this time I scheduled on-line only to find out when I arrived that it was going to be 50% more expensive! Don’t bother coming here if you care about your money.

Scheduled time for an oil, tire change, and state inspection. Went in early and they said they were too busy to do the oil change, and no longer did inspections. The car was also finished late for the tire change.

Very busy. I really liked the work they did on my auto. I gave a tip. They really helped me in a time of need when I got my flat tire twice. Great work Goodyear.

The men and women at the Waialae Goodyear are top notch in my book. I came in with a couple of small boat trailer tires and rims that I could not get seated to save my life, and they took them, and even though they did not fit on their tire installation machine, they wrestled with them and eventually mounted them by hand, no complaints, just great and friendly service. Thanks guys!
Sorry Costco, these guys are getting all of my tire business from now on.

They try to up sell you. The website site has really good prices but they don't stock those items.

Spoke to Gary at good year. He was very patient with all of my questions and was very helpful in helping me with what I need with honest feedback.truly appreciate their work and fully trust their service. Highly recommend.

I schedule an appointment for vehicle inspection and was told they don't do them anymore. They need update this on their website because I called a week before and they say they do them.

Worse of the worse.: need professional help you updated customer services. It's true what they say mechanicIan at good year kapahulu arehw worse. Will sue them

I am so happy I chose Waialae Goodyear. Every time I come in they’ve been courteous, helpful, explained whatever I needed clarification on and always finished faster than my estimated wait time. At Goodyear waialae location. Ryan was very knowledgeable in what they needed to do. He called me to explain what they need and why they should do the repairs. This is such great service. I hope all yout employees are just like Ryan. If not he should be training the rest of the crew on customer service. He also reminds the customers to give him the keys. There were 3 customers before me and 2 of them were thanking Ryan and getting ready to walk away. But Ryan seemed to be interacting with the customer, but not forgoting the most important thing before starting the repair. Keys to the vehicle's. I would definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family about Goodyear because of Ryan.
