I live in Pearl Harbor but I take the trip to Hair Kailua specifically because they know how to make my hair look good in a way I never thought it could!

I absolutely hate going to cut my hair because so many have messed it up but this place was not only fairly priced and super friendly. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be going back.

Walked into into Hair Kailua while on vacation, and the experience was awesome! My hair had grown out for a year and a half, and my shoulder length locks were damaged by sun and salt. My wife showed the stylist a picture of what I looked like pre-pandemic. In 30 minutes the stylist had me looking like a new man! She did incredible work cutting my hair (better than the picture), and she shaped my beard, too. Great experience! Tempted to fly back to Oahu just for another haircut.

Hair Kailua is a great shop with a local vibe. Highly recommend.

Customer service here is amazing, as a female I shaved my head to regrow everything, I went to a different barber shop at first, but they didn’t respect my request and really messed up my hair. I contacted Kailua Hair, and I came in and they fixed me up better than I imagined. As someone who has never shaved their head or gotten a haircut, I would ask for tips and suggestions on what would look good and let’s just say I’m amazed and happy with the outcome! Thank you Hair Kailua for being so amazing. ️

Best haircut on Windward side. Hands down. Best place for a fade/low fade. They won’t mess up and send you home with a High and Tight like some of the other places in Kailua. $12 haircut with military ID. That’s at least $10 cheaper than Supercuts, and they do a better job.

I must say.even though I asked for a low fade I really like my son’s haircut. It took a little getting used to but it looks so good. Thao did a great job

A great place for an excellent haircut. Dez and his team are great at what they do. My husband got a haircut and a beard trim, and they did a fantastic job! We are definitely coming back.

Man I love this barber shop. They are quick with the process. You can tell it's family owned because the people that work their are so sociable and appreciative of the business. The price is below what I paid to get my haircut at fantastic Sam's and supercuts. Service is better and I honestly can't see any reason why I wouldn't go there everytime I get my haircut.
