She had her work cut out for her doing my red & my peekaboo blue but Janet worked with me to figure out what would work best & was accommodating and helpful the whole process. I’ve had my hair done with her a few times now & will continue to do so! Friendly and affordable-would definitely recommend!

I love wearing my hair very short, however it has been a challenge for me to find someone who could really understand my wish. I, usually, end up with a man’s style, or a matronly style, which I am neither.
I found Janet while browsing the web for hair salons nearby where I live. The reviews I read, made me want to give it a try. I recently had had a cut, paid a lot for it and came home in a funk. It had to be corrected.

Janet is simply amazing! It felt like I was catching up with a friend while getting top quality personalized service in the comfort of my own home. I am disabled and washing, combing, blow drying…can all be incredibly painful. The person that cut my hair before Janet was so rough that I had given up hope of finding someone to help me feel pretty again. Janet saved the day! Being able to use my own shower to rinse out my hair…saved me from so much pain and anxiety. She continually asked how I was doing and she’d modify her technique as needed for my comfort.

I’m going to ask her to come back even sooner because I just love her energy! We had a really great time together.

Janet knows hair! She rescued me, both from a bad haircut and from having to take an Uber to get to a Salon. I'd only moved to Honolulu a week before, but the haircut I'd had on the mainland was driving me crazy. Janet listened to my explanation, took one look at my hair and knew exactly what to do. I love the cut now that she improved it! And it was so convenient to have her come to me. Janet's prices are very reasonable too. I'll definitely be using her services again!
