This place has been amazing. It can get a little warm inside during the day but cools off, with the A/C, at night. Highly recommend.

First time staying here and I literally almost cried from the beauty of the location. It’s a nice size condo with direct beach access. Awesome location - close to a grocery store, retail stores and restaurants. Friendly staff and neighbors. I stayed here based on the priceless location and convenience. It’s an awesome place to stay and perfect beach location to enjoy the beauty of Maui.

We have been vacationing here since 2008. We enjoy the proximity to the beach, nearby grocery and restaurants. The only negative is there is not an Elevator in the building.

Great 180 degree ocean views from every unit. Clean but narrow Sand beach less than 100 feet away from every unit. Small, and basic pool with garden view. Plenty of lounge chairs on the lawn with no beach view due to being blocked by plants and no shade. Large lawn facing beach invites morning yoga. Very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Close to great snorkeling spots. Biggest problem is no elevator for 3 story building and individual ownership means that Furnishings in some units can be dated and a little worn.

Stayed in unit 301 on third floor (top floor), end unit, which I found on booking.com. Very peaceful location with a sense of privacy. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed is acceptable but has typical lack of back support. Furnishings are a little worn. Unit very clean Updated and attractive bath and kitchen. No dining table but there is an outdoor table on the cramped balcony that can be used for eating meals. There are also 4 bar stools at the large kitchen counter. Small flat screen TV probably 42 inches with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is decent wifi fast enough for streaming. One window AC works well in living room. No AC in bedroom but cooling is sufficient with fan over bed and open windows at night. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has 4 place settings of glasses, cups, bowls, plates, and eating utensils. Several grocery stores including a 24 hour Safeway within a mile. Cost about $260 a night plus tax for a small 1 bedroom unit. Cost of unit is no cancelation and nonrefundable so book with a credit card that includes travel insurance or purchase travel insurance.

Much better value than staying at a hotel if you want ocean front location with a good ocean view. Highly recommend.

Maui is an expensive place for groceries, food, lodging, gas and car rentals. Recommend Kihei Rent A Car to save money on car rental. Provide efficient airport pickup and drop off.

Two lane road between Kihei and Lahaina can be very congested in afternoons and evenings. Plan up to 1 hour and 20 minutes for a one way drive to cover the 20 mile distance. Drive to airport, Costco. Walmart in Kahului takes about 30 minutes.

Would stay again! Perfect location and unit 205 was decoration so cute. Had everything we needing for a great 10 day stay.

My elderly mom rented for a week.she rented apt 212, which she saw online and looks very nice.she was given 217 which is in need of work! Bathroom walls are painted wallpaper so it's cracked at all the seams, 1 extra towel set for a week of use.the plug behind TV stand (heavy) has no surge strips and something must be unplugged to use the a/c unit.too much work for an elderly woman.the couch is comfortable until you try to get up! The dining chairs are very uncomfortable.the worst thing is there is NO insulation or soundproofing between units. 218 is remodeling this week, with lots of construction noise! Under her is people who r up at 5am and come outside, right under her, to make phone calls and chat.the LEAST restful week she has ever spent! The new management company sent her the condo codes and wifi pw while she was enroute to maui, so she couldn't access without the manager.thankfully he was friendly and helpful!

We visited Hale Kai O Kihei to reminisce my parent's owning one of the units. Very well kept. Short walk to the beach. Saw whales breaching the water's surface just off shore.
