Above and beyond customer service. Everything from making sure I arrived at my appointment un-rushed, to offering me water and parking validation when I left. Very knowledgeable about engagement rings and wedding bands. I got everything I needed. What was already a very stressful day, was only eased by coming here.

I went to him trusting he wouldn’t lie, I had my jeweler look at my pieces before him an gave me a much higher quote an then when I went to him he explain to me about how the diamonds were old an the process. An I was in shock an found his info helpful until I went back to my jeweler told them about it showed them a piece I didn’t sell an they told me he completely lied an ripped me off for the price of gold I was getting with the diamonds. He kinda stole the diamonds from me making it sound like it was worthless. A they were my grandmas that passed which he knew an he took complete advantage of me I didn’t appreciate that I wish I could buy it back. So after all of this the company has been harassing me all day giving me more money saying my jeweler is wrong an another pawn shop that offered me way more, he said he sure they’re wrong an continued to harass me thru txt messages all day, the only reason he stopped is because I said your harassing me. He txted me all day. I was gonna change my review but I just felt it wasn’t right even tho I was given more money I don’t feel I would go back there again. I was taken advantage off an feel so stupid. I found out not he completely ripped me off wat I gave him was worth over 1,000 an I didn’t not even get close to that I’m embarrassed for him to take advantage of people. Don’t let the other review misguide you he has other make them write nice reviews he even tried it with me never ever go here ever

I was clearing out some old storage bins and found an old set of forgotten silverware. Since my polishing days are over I looked for someone to assist me. I had a very old Rolex and wanted to find the true value. They knew what the value was and that it was from the 60s. I was dubious about purchasing a high dollar valued Rolex watch but Moshe reassured me and his expert help put me at ease with the transaction, since I am living in Vancouver Canada. The item was shipped on a Tuesday and I cleared from customs on the Thursday. The transaction was seamless and the after sales with a personal phone call was very much appreciated.
