I am currently using a storage locker, and I am currently trying to contact Joe since he is the only rep that can help me on my specific locker. They have no problem sending me a bill in the mail which is Incorrect but yet I cant connect to a working business number. Its just one long continuous ring. Also, my code works for the 3rd floor and not the 4th where my locker is unit is located and they are unable to remedy this situation. I work until 530 and they are almost always closed by the time I can get there. This is major rip off!
