The response was even worse than the previous one.
I would like to write this in hopes that it will be helpful to the customers who see this page.
Michi-san was also in charge of my tour.
However, I didn't even know her name at first, and I only learned her name later when the president of the tour company came to the hotel to apologize.
In conclusion, Michi-san verbally abused us during the tour, and we had to wait for more than two hours on the day of the tour, so we ended up not being able to carry out the tour, and the tour was canceled on the day of our limited itinerary in Hawaii, resulting in a wasted day.

First, we had a ZOOM meeting two days ago about where we wanted to go, and we told them that we wanted to go to Koko Head, Lanikai, North Shore, Sunset Beach, and some kind of forest area (I didn't know the name, so I sent a photo on LINE and told them). We were told that we couldn't go to the last forest, so we decided to decide in what order we would visit Koko Head, Lanikai, North Shore, and Sunset Beach on the day.

On the day of the tour, it was difficult to meet up with the tour guide as he didn't get out of the car and we didn't know the car's license plate number. Above all, the first thing he said after we met up was, ``Why don't you bring a towel? '' Have you come? "was.
I was surprised to hear that he didn't even say good morning or introduce himself.

We're going to Lanikai (the beach), so we need a towel, right? I said,
I asked Michi, ``Huh? You can't have Lanikai, '' and that's when we started arguing.

During the argument, when I said that I had never met such a random tour guide, he said, ``Good job! '' ``This is the first time I've had a customer like you, too! '' '', so I thought that I had only been dealing with very kind customers.

When I said that I hadn't heard that I couldn't go to Lanikai, he said, ``You don't have the ability to understand, you can't go! '' ” and “First of all, I haven’t heard of you going to Lanikai! I felt bad because I was yelled at and yelled at.

The reason I didn't hear about your going to Lanikai is not to complain to me, but because I couldn't communicate with you internally. First of all, you are wrong when it comes to attacking customers.

After that, the guide got out of the car and left us alone for about 30 minutes.
After that, I had to wait for about 2 hours to finally get a chance to talk, and when I spoke with the company, they told me that the tour was originally scheduled to start at 10: 00, but if it started at 2: 00 p.m, I could go with another guide, but I had to wait until the sun went down. The tour was canceled on the same day as it was not possible to complete the tour in 4 hours.

I originally planned not to write this review because I was able to participate in a tour with another guide the next day, but when I looked at the reviews later, I realized that there was a victim of the same guide. After the tour, I got a little annoyed by the LINE message I received from the tour company (I had two women join the tour, but they apologized and thanked me and said, ``Please let me introduce you to local single men, too. '') I found this company through a certain YouTuber's video, but I decided to write about it because I thought the video was a bit of hype (additional charges apply for photography, etc.).

I had videotaped Michi-san's abusive language and yelling from the middle of the tour, so I asked the president of the tour company to check the video as well. At that time, I was told that Michi-san would be fired, but in the unlikely event that she is not fired, I would like to write a review so that there will be no more victims like me and other people who have written reviews before. Ta.
The company president who came to apologize was surprised when he saw the video I had recorded, as Michi had never had any problems with him before. I think I was just being patient.

When applying for a tour with this company, we recommend that you nominate a guide other than Michi.

I felt very disappointed after coming to Hawaii.
The person in charge is [Michi].
We took a tour around North Haleiwa. First thing in the morning, I confirmed today's schedule and told them what I had told them in advance and that I wanted to take a photo in front of the Haleiwa sign.

The tour started, and at first the car was driving rough.
Since it's America, the car culture is different from Japan, and the way you cut in is also different.
However, when I was interrupted, the atmosphere was terrible, with people clicking their tongues and honking their horns needlessly.
I had a scary feeling that I was going to slam into the car in front of me because I was suddenly pressing hard on the accelerator.

When we arrived at our destination, he said, ``I can't leave the car, '' and without making any announcements about store directions, we parked in the parking lot (at Haleiwa Town) and parked in the back of the car. I was cleaning the foot mats on the seats.
When Mr. Mori, the representative, appeared on YouTube, he was explaining various things and giving guidance, so it was a shame that the tour only consisted of transportation.of course! I asked a lot of questions, but he said he couldn't leave the car...
When I saw it on YouTube, I thought they were moving away from the car or together.

After shopping at Haleiwa Town, all that was left was to take a photo at the Haleiwa sign.
Michi-san: After Haleiwa Town, all we have to do is go back to Waikiki, but is there any place we would like to stop by? I thought I'd forget what I told you verbally that morning, but since I haven't been able to take a photo at the Haleiwa sign yet, I want to go there! When I went there, he said, ``Ah, that's the Haleiwa signboard. ''I want you to tell me that first thing in the morning. ''I had a lot of things to say, but I'm sorry.please! I answered.

I told you, right?
I was very disappointed that you didn't remember me. If you can't remember it, it might be a good idea to create a special form and have both of you confirm it when you meet in the morning before planning your departure and other routines. To help you enjoy the day you've been looking forward to.
I'm sure you're busy driving, but I'm disappointed in how different it is from the introductory video.

After that, do you want a boy's sign or a girl's sign? That's what I was told, so it doesn't matter which one has better access! When I told them, they said, ``Both places will be busy at this time. Is it okay if the tour time is extended? ”. As I was about to accept the request and head over, I was told, ``It's actually not allowed to take photos at the Haleiwa signboard, right? If that's the case, shouldn't you post pictures of your cute Hawaii tour on Instagram, or if it's not allowed officially, make sure to announce it?

In the end, it's going to take a long time because the cars are crowded, so what should I do? I will be back? That's what I mean.
As I said at the beginning, I thought it was a shame that they didn't record it in writing, so I gave up on taking the photo on the sign and asked them to go home.
Even though I said I didn't have to fit it into the tour time, I wondered if this person wanted to go home.

There are various guides on Kawaii Hawaii Tour, and I think there are many wonderful people. The YouTube video that representative Mori-san appeared on was well-guided and looked like a lot of fun.
Michi's guide was completely different from the representative tour guide I saw there.
I was really disappointed because my day in Hawaii could change so much depending on the guide.

This was my third time participating in the Kawaii Tour after four years. Our guide was Takuya.
This time, I asked for a Pele chair, a Lanikai pill box, etc.that I had never seen before.
Other than that, they took me to Lanikai Beach and Manoa Chocolate, and introduced me to Nalu, a delicious sandwich shop.
The electric bicycle went smoothly even without pedaling, and it was fun.
This is my third time getting wall art, and I was introduced to new pieces.
We also asked for a drone and were able to take some very nice videos.
I was very satisfied with the 10 hour and 45 minute tour.
