My search for a special gift for my wife led me to Hawaii Tradition Gold, and what a discovery it was! I purchased a beautiful gold chain, and the experience was simply delightful. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me in finding the perfect piece.

I absolutely love this place. I have many beautiful jewelry from here, I especially love the gold plumeria earrings. I’ve always found the employees to be so gentle, nice, and extremely knowledgeable about their pieces. I have NEVER felt pressure to purchase anything. I will continue to return here, by far the best value in all of Waikiki.

The explanations were very thorough and easy to understand, with some jokes included.
It's not a cheap purchase, so I had to ask questions until I was satisfied, and they answered them properly.
There are various reviews, but I felt that it was a store I could trust.
I'm glad I was able to purchase this product at a store with a long history, as it's a product I want to cherish for the rest of my life! (I received a warranty card for 14K gold items)

This woman is a scam! She was asking me how much money I want to spend on the 14K pendant without showing it to me! She was keep saying- I have it, I have it.tell me how much money? So stupid and rude. Worst service

I think more and more Japanese people are going to Hawaii, but you should be careful about this restaurant.
There is a pushy Japanese woman who is good at business, and if she catches you, you won't be able to leave until you buy something.
The plating on the accessories I bought started peeling off a little later, and it didn't really feel like an item that cost tens of thousands of yen.
Isn't that what it means?

If you see this lady ……RUN! Don’t walk! My mom is 86 years old and she took advantage of her. She bilked her for an additional $75 above cost for a piece of jewelry! Ripped her off. When I returned worth my mom she said No refund or exchanges. We later found the same piece of jewelry for $75 less at more than one place. Don’t shop there and become a victim!
