Hawaiian Airlines Premier Club reviews
13Nice, friendly lounge for a quick caffeine fix, get a little work in on the laptop, or watch the current local news. 1st day of new Covid protocols and they're doing it right. Can get a little crowded between flights but they keep things spaced and wipe down high touch areas frequently. Nice job HA!
It's better than waiting in the common rabble but it definitely isn't a first class lounge. The only things available are small amenities such as drinks and packaged snacks.
Fresh coffee and tea alas, no alcohol. Very quiet and very clean place to wait for your flight. Loved it!
It's nothing Fancy. Free coffee, soda and some prepackaged snack mix. It's much more comfortable than the gate though.
Aloha,
Well this is a great place to kickback and enjoy some refreshments while passing the time there at the airport. All the Hawaiian Airlines Staff are dedicated to their club members. They're great with just about any situation you can imagine, always making sure their guest are comfortable and treated to all the top-notch priority services they can provide.
If i can, I think I'd stay be a member for as long as I live.
Aloha and enjoy yourselves!
It's a nice clean and simple place. Much better to hang there before moving to the gate. Employees are very friendly.
Lounge is nice.
Suppose, to be a quiet place to relax.
But when parents bring their uncontrollable kids in, talking loud, playing.
May as well be in the terminal.
It's was ok. Nice that it's somewhere quiet to sit. Cold coffee, fountain soda machine and stale snacks.
Great place to wait for your flight. Snacks, some drinks, air con and soft seats, what more can you ask for.
The cloth lounge seats were very dirty. We got kicked out at 7pm. I can't understand how they close the 1st class lounge so early. You pay extra for this and they have the nerve to close early. No food in the lounge either, just coffee. Ridiculous
Can't lie I was disappointed in this lounge. No food or alcohol like a lot of other airline lounges. But on the bright side it was air-conditioned.
Always a good place to get snacks and drinks for members. We caught a late flight, coffee was cold.
During Covid there is little benefit to using the lounge except outlets for charging electronics and somewhat more comfortable chairs. There is no board to provide the time and departing flights. Beverages are limited to coffee, tea and water. A small snack bag for food - identical to what you get on a Hawaiian Airlines flight.
