5Had an absolutely wonderful time with HFS. My loan officer Paula was outstanding. The clerks at the front desk were very helpful. What also made my day was there was no line when I walked in. Thats so rare these days at banks. I highly recommend.
I had questions because I needed help concerning my account, mailing address and the new card system that took place recently. So I called this branch. Someone nice from staff answered and helped me, I think her name was Kim. She was awesome, and all my problems and concerns were solved thanks to her. Mahalo HFS for the excellent service. The best credit union ever.
Great place, great services but it takes 15-20 minutes every time you come in to make a 2 minute transaction. Be helpful if they had atm deposits and atm.

There is hardly ever a line. You just walk right up to a friendly teller, do your business and out you go. I love HFS!
