Took me through the process of opening a new account well enough, but there is a certain amount of boilerplate language that one needs to explain to a new customer that is spoken/repeated for every new customer, consequently it just sounds like a monotonous droning. Don’t forget, you may have said this a hundred times but the new customer has only heard it this once. Slow down. Don’t treat it like blah, blah, blah.
