Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kohala Suites Waikoloa

I had a awesome 2week there and it is a great place to stay but on the 2nd week there was a chance we had to switch rooms witch we didnt. Also you can take a shuttle to the main resort that has a lagoon and to big pools to swim in or a beach to relax on.

Just be aware this is a 35-45 minute drive to Kona. Resort itself is great, but limited shuttle service it's really hard to give high marks.

The property was wonderful. It has great amenities: fitness center, tennis court, golf, pool/hot tub. The staff was friendly and professional.

Great place to enjoy the big island. Plenty to do here and located well for other adventures. Rooms are really nice, just try to not get a bottom corner for the lack of a view. Other rooms have great views. Try out the golf, the course isn't too tough for the novice like me but enough of a chalked to make it fun, and you can't beat the views on the beach 9.

Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo with full kitchen. Wonderful amenities and the hotel staff was awesome

Room was very clean upon arrival BUT when people pay as much as they do to stay here, I would not expect hundreds of ants all over the counters or roaches. These were absolutely 1000% spotted and a main reason I declined to invest my money in this time share. Not to mention the bees all over the doors and ceilings in the open hallways. I get it it's exposed to the outside, but call someone who specializes in moving bees to a safe location instead of the infestation and potential hazard it may have upon guests. They were all over the entire 3rd floor of the building and my door. Guest who are visiting with intentions of investing there money into a clean resort don't want to worry about critters going in the bags or shoes. I'd rather use the 12-20k asked to put down on a condo in kona and not worry about resort fees and critters. Nice to stay a few days, but the island and people are beautiful. I'd rather give to small business and airbnb.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The room I was in had issues.nothing major. These suites are slated for remodeling at the end of the year. We look forward to returning after to see

The pool was fun. It was very convenient to be able to use the facilities at Waikoloa Village Hotel and to be able to travel by shuttle bus. For breakfast, I baked and ate bread that I bought at a supermarket that I could go to by shuttle.
