The girl named Timmie, or timmy, was amazing. So much hospitality. Even called my friend and I by our names!

Happy it is open again. Disappointed that you cant try on clothes; however, I understand due to current circumstances it must be that way. It is nice that if you order clothes online, you can return or exchange some items in store.

It’s a way much expensive than usual H&M stores not too friendly customer service either. Clothes collection style was also so so.anyways expend couple $$$ as the sizes were very appropriate for me

This is a big location and a beautiful store. Best HM I've been in. Well organized clothing. Good sales.

First time there. Taught it was another women clothing store, but to my surprise, there was a whole second floor with men clothing.

Great prces for selection. Especially for tourist you can grab new clothes while vacationing for a reasonable price.

Nice selection. Shout out to Emily. I went to pay and the associate ringing me up asked if I was part of their rewards program, which I wasn’t. So she told me to go home and and sign up. Then I asked her if I was able to sign up there and she said nothing. So Emily stepped in and she signed me up and made it so easy and a pleasant check out experience. Thank you Emily at waikiki location.

This is on a corner lot in Waikiki high-traffic high pedestrian area but the last two times I've been in there they just didn't have a lot of activity maybe it was near end of evening so clothing was not organized but you would see things just kind of strong everywhere which was a little surprising I didn't see one employee walking around I'm sure they're there but interior beautiful store I would recommend go there and see what you find good luck and happy shopping

Needed to use a restroom while my daughter shopped, but when I asked, not only is there no restroom, but staff was extremely rude. I hope they have to use a restroom someday and someone says, nope, but you can go across street, 2nd floor and find that one. What kind of people work here?

Only need a nice place for men to sit whilst the women shopped and spend our money. I would have stayed longer if there was a place I could sit and read a nice man magazine.

H & M are great stores for finding bargains and their day to day prices are really quite reasonable. We shop in H & M frequently in Australia purchasing clothing, accessories, homewares and gifts. It was fun to have a mooch around this store to see if there was any difference between the Australian stores. Very similar. We bought T Shirts and swim wear here and the prices were very reasonable.
