We stopped by to grab dinner, they only serve to go, no dine in. We had two orders of the two choice lunch plate. The orange chicken and sweet and sour pork were stale, they were not crispy at all. The beef and broccoli and rice and noodles ware better. I would pass on the deep fried proteins unless you know they were recently cooked.
Quantity and price were good though and fast service.

The people here are so friendly and the food is great! The orange chicken is my favorite. My hubby loves the kau yuk!

We went here for lunch. The menu was limited and the food looked and tasted like it was three days old. Four of us ordered and no one ate more than half the food. It was terrible.

Very fresh, not greasy, fast and friendly Chinese food up mauka! Takeout only, big parking lot. Accepts credit cards. Called in order at 5: 15pm on a weekday night and it was ready to be picked up in 15 minutes.

We ordered fried pork hash dumplings, Crispy gau gee mein with cake noodles, Ma Po Tofu, eggplant and pork in garlic sauce, lemon chicken, and shrimp fu young.

Pork hash is something I've never encountered outside of Hawai'i and the fried version was different and tasty. Inside the perfectly fried exterior is a mixture of mostly pork and a little chopped water chestnut for crunch.

The shrimp fu young had lots of finely chopped cabbage inside the egg which I appreciated and there was enough shrimp. Tasted like my childhood.

Eggplant and pork in garlic sauce was very yummy. The eggplant was fresh, garlic sauce had a nice light flavor and the pork was soft and tender.

Ma Po Tofu wasn't the best I ever had but it checked all the boxes. Nice flavor and spice and not super oily like at other places. Doesn't come with rice so be sure to order it separately.

They didn't separate the cake noodles which was disappointing because they were all soft by the time we ate, however the overall taste of the dish made up for it. I liked the large variety of fresh veggies and the fried gau gee is always meaty fried goodness.

The lemon chicken was the only dish I would not order again. The chicken was a little tough and the lemon sauce was very artificial (orange in color and didn't taste like lemon).

Great food and very reasonably priced. I wish it was closer. I'd go a lot more often.

Always have plenty of variety food to choose from. Awesome employee's, always greet you once you enter the door. Love their salt pepper ribs or chicken wings. Everything else is good also, always fresh. Portions wise for the price you pay Awesome.

Picking up a Chinese plate lunch is fast and food is ono. Fried rice not a good choice on this visit but at least the chow mein noodles were okay.

We have been going to this restaurant for many many years and were very happy with their service, their foods were tasty and their portions were very generous. But the last two times we went there for take out, which was very recently, I noticed their portioning were smaller and they watered down the hot mustard so much it was almost tasteless! Why? So we are saying good bye to this restaurant and will spend our monies elsewhere. The two little ladies that were always there for years, who always greeted us when we walked in the door aren’t there anymore - maybe that is why service and food quality dropped - that’s too bad!

On our way back from volcano national park we were hungry and just tried to find any Chinese restaurant to have a meal. We ordered several dishes including salt and pepper shrimp and eggplant with garlic sauce. Frankly we did not have high expectations given its location being kind of far away from major downtown area. To our surprise the dishes are very good and authentic Chinese food. Highly recommended.
