They were assigned to me by my roadside assistance through Geico insurance company! Fastest service I’ve ever got using any roadside assistance service! I wish I got the drivers name so I could tell him again, thank you for the quick and friendly service!
My car wouldn’t start after work. Honolulu Towing got there fast and took my car all the way from the Ward area to Waipio. The driver had such a nice attitude even in horrible H1 traffic. He made a difficult situation a lot easier with excellent customer service. Mahalo!

I called them twice to tow my truck and was very happy with their service. Rates are reasonable, the drivers were friendly and arrived quickly to help tow my vehicle. Great service, highly recommended.
Towed my car from the pizza parking lot while I was getting pizza, called and he said “we’ll I can’t read your mind so how would I have known you were in the pizza place” was only inside for 10 minutes so he was def just waiting for someone to tow.
This business is a scam.they only take cash, no receipts and they don't check any paperwork.it wasn't even my car I picked up. They know the business manager for the building I live at and scam people that park in the guest parking.

Moanalua hillside apartments hire these people to come search for cars to tow which is whatever, it’s their job.
But I had my car in the loading zone literally right below my apartment. Had it there to carry groceries in & take my brand new TV out of the box. Took a total of 15 mins. By the time I went back downstairs, my car was gone. I called the number on the sign near my house & somehow they got it to Kalihi in less than 10 mins. Honestly they need to check to see where they’re towing because I’ve also had my car towed from my own parking stall in the past & showed proof of it. They have horrible customer service & no compassion.
$140 out of my pocket because they’re lazy & desperate for money!
