Walked into an empty salon and was not well received. When asked about services they said they were busy, the place was EMPTY. I am a person of color so I believe they did not want to serve me because I am black. Stay far away.

Just lovely! I fell asleep. The massage during my pedicure was so relaxing. Calming music. This is now my nail spot.

I may have just come in on a bad day (Wednesday around 11) but I did have a bit of a frustrating experience.

I came in for a regular manicure, one of two clients in the store. Their lacquer polish selection is not very good if you're looking for a more nude/subtle pink color, most of the colors they had were very bright. The woman who helped me didn't fully remove my original nail polish, and although she gave a good filing job for most of my fingers I still had a break that I had to ask her to file down. When I mentioned these two things she seemed annoyed and talked a lot to the other technicians about it. The whole time, she also asked repeatedly if I wanted Gel, which I had to say no to (even though, as she said a few times, it was only $15 more).

She put on the color I initially chose for two fingers, but it was a bit too flashy for me so I asked if I could change colors. She agreed and I came back with another color, but she said I couldn't use that one for some reason. I asked why and didn't really get an answer, so I asked that she remove the nails she painted + the residue from my original polish that she had missed. At this point she started really talking a lot to the other technicians and, while I didn't understand it, it made me feel like I was being a nuisance and I decided to leave with no color. Overall, it was a bit embarrassing and I felt a bit more stressed than I wanted to feel after a manicure. Popped over to Safeway across the street to buy nail polish to do my own nails at home.

2 stars for a good hand/arm massage + a decent nail filing job.

They’re great at taking same day reservations. Usually when I do a mani pedi I have two people working on me at once so it’s very fast. I’m usually in and out for a full gel mani/pedi within two hours. Polish always lasts long too

This place is so awesome and relaxing! People are nice that would make you feel like home. I always go here for my footspa and pedicure gel by Kathy and of course the “ Master of nails” Susan, she is the only one I truly trust for my acrylic nails, Susan is the best ever!

This is my go to nail salon. Been coming here for quite some time now after trying out a few other places and they are great! I always see Susan and she is awesome! I can always get in when needed and it's nice and clean!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it never lets me down! We come for Valentine’s Day Halloween Christmas pretty much any holiday or just a pamper mommy daughter day. The staff is super friendly and Susan is the best she always takes very good care of me. The customer service is on point. I highly recommend to go get your medi-pedi waxing needs from here!

My gel manicure was beautiful and super quick too! The staff were so friendly; they had admirable patience with my ticklish feet for the pedicure

but most importantly, the gel manicure remained immaculate after an entire 2 WEEKS of rough hiking, swimming, and blurry nights out.the photos show the state of my nails AFTER all that.i can’t recommend this place enough!

I love the nail techs at Infinity. They are friendly and do such an amazing job. I took my husband there for his first pedicure and he couldn't believe what he had been missing out on all these years.

I made an appointment same day and they offered me an appt.just 30 minutes later. Book your appointment now. I was a bit concerned as shades were drawn and it said nails and spa. It was delightfully quiet and a legitimate nail salon. Wonderful service I fell asleep during my pedicure. Chairs are especially good and comfy for massage. Would definitely come here again if we move here ;)
