Isla Maui, Haiku HI

Upon visiting Isla Maui, we indulged in the filet mignon platter and the chicken katsu platter, and it’s safe to say our taste buds were in paradise. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s expertise and passion for their craft. Not only were the flavors meticulously curated, but the presentation of the dishes was also a visual delight. It’s evident that the chef pours their heart into every dish, ensuring that the culinary experience is nothing short of exceptional. 5 stars are not enough to express our satisfaction. If you’re in Haiku, this is a must-visit spot!

High quality, well sourced, and delicious flavors coming out of this small but mighty kitchen. The chef couple have created an inviting and warm atmosphere. We plan to go back again and again!

We eat out a lot, this Foodtruck is by far one of the best we've experienced, strong exotic flavors, the short ribs nachos was probably the best ever, impressive for sure, I can't believe we lucked out and found them!

Ate a dinner here on a Wednesday night and it was packed full of amazing flavor. We made sure to eat there at least once a day for the remaining three days. Açai bowl was the best I've ever had and the salad can't be passed up. We can't wait to come back to the island and see you again.

We have had a phenomenal experience while staying in haiku! The flavors they use, the love that goes into their food are top tier! Everything we had was delicious, best food we have had on the island. We spent everyday trying something new from the chef’s recommendations. Their flavors are beautifully mixed and I loved their salad! If you come to maui, you HAVE to eat here or you will regret it

This is by far the best food truck on island. Besides the incredible dinners and lunches, they also have amazing smoothies and the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for elevating the food scene!

Award worthy food! Isla Kitchen is a hidden gem that is serving up unbelievably delicious and high quality food. I was absolutely blown away by the flavor profiles and professional presentation coming from this truck. It was a happy accident that we couldn’t get into the sushi restaurant across the street and ended up dining at the trucks. You can grab a quick alcoholic beverage in the store across the street and BYOB. Then order the most delicious food you’ve had in awhile and indulge!

I have had so many dishes here, where to start. First off, the quality of food, the ingredients and presentation are top tier! Deeply satisfying blends of spices, jerked Caribbean flavors, delicious sides and beverages. Jerk chicken, oxtail stew, grilled mahi, huevos rancheros, plantains, rice and beans, jerk tofu, avocado toast.like seriously, Maui has been needing some soul food and this is IT! You can't go wrong, this husband and wife chef duo can do it all, flavor on flavor in each bite. I can't say enough about this place, one bite and you'll understand:)

I got the ox tail loco moco and it was incredible! Not super heavy like classic loco moco so I could actually go back to work after I ate it! Great food, highly recommend.

Incredible new food truck on Maui that not only supports local farmers/butchers/fishermen but they actually understand the health benefits of only cooking with clean oils (NO SEED OILS!). If you are on Maui, it’s a must to visit and enjoy!
