Island Divers Hawaii, Honolulu HI

These guys are 10/10 amazing. Absolutely made it fun to dive and get gear. So chill and friendly, creating such a comfortable atmosphere! First time ever to Oahu, ever diving here in Hawaii, these guys made me feel at ease and I had the best time. We went to the china walls and it was insane. They provided some great recs for dive spots and we'll have to check them out for the rest of our trip. Amazing people working there and could not recommend more:)

Scheduled a 3 tank dive and everything turned out amazing. Anna and the crew really kept the energy level up the entire day. All crew members emphasized big on safety first. Overall would dive with them again.

This was one of my favorite dives ever. We did a shipwreck and lava tube caverns and saw so many eagle rays. Aaron and Theo and the rest of the crew made the experience even better by being so flexible and accommodating and entertaining. They went out of their way to make sure we had a special experience.

I’m not one to leave review’s normally, but I have to say this is by far one of the best adventures I have had in years! Ed, Mark, Anna, and Alalik, were our crew for the day plus our captain. This was my first dive after obtaining my open water cert and I will remember this for years to come. The whole crew is knowledgeable and professional when they instruct. Each crew member has incredible history within diving and fantastic life stories of how they were led into it. Out of the water and on the way home, the crew is an absolute riot to be around with great senses of humor. Huge highlight of this trip was the carpool karaoke with Anna and Ed! This is every kids dream! 10/10 would recommend booking with these guys and I will be coming back for more in the future!

Got scuba certified here in 2018. The staff is very friendly and Matt Zimmermann (the owner) is a really cool guy.

This is my favorite dive shop. I've been to 2 others on Oahu and this one is at the top. Professional and fun. They're much cooler. I went through them twice. Thanks so much guys!

Had such a great time snorkeling this morning at Island Divers. Ellie is a fabulous tour guide; she has a really keen eye and is able to spot the magnificent sea life that the average person might miss. In addition, Captain Dave and Captain Troy were both incredible as well. Really good people that clearly have a job that they are passionate about! Super glad we booked with Island Divers for this trip.

Our time at Island Divers was great, we appreciated Ed for his humor and knowledge; He's an intuitive instructor with a lot of comfort in and around the water - which makes timid divers relaxed and comfortable. The man did say that he only loves two things.food and diving, so it makes sense!

The only bummer was the logistics and large size of the group - I totally understand that there was another instructor in training and that large groups make for good business returns, but 4: 1 ratios with two solid instructors would have made the trip a lot more fun for us. It is what it is! We still had fun learning and getting into the water!

Wow! Everyone is so accommodating! The check-in process is so easy fluid. The staff & so nice! Our Dive Guide (& also Instructor) Anna is amazing & a phenomenal photographer! April is a great person & helper on the boat when I began to "chum the water" (throwing up). The captain gave a great Briefing & a great captain! Thank you all for a great experience! We can't wait to dive with y'all again!

It was awesome experience here in in May.i bought 3-days package and all of them were fantastic.they have friendly dive guides, especially on the 3rd day, Jane (apologize if I didn't remember her name correctly) took me several perfect photos with turtle under the water.highly recommend

I had the pleasure of diving with these guys two days last week, and I can't stress how impressed I was with their entire staff, their knowledge, professionalism, most importantly - their attitudes! I mean, EVERYONE there was pleasant - and it was obvious to me that they all love working there! (being a DM myself) I observed the instructors and DMT (on Monday) - and everyone hit high marks! Tuesday's dive - well- all I have to say is if you get lucky enough to dive with Mira - you're in for a treat! She either part fish, or mermaid - (or both!) but such a cool, happy, knowledgeable individual - you guys (at the shop) are lucky to have her - and I'm certain you know that already. From Melissa in the storefront, to both boat captains - these guys have their act together and will ensure you have the best dive experience possible. When I return, I'll definitely be diving with you again. Mahalo

Great experience with the staff and captains from Island Divers Hawaii. I have done 2,2 tank dives with them now and they are very experienced and if you let them know what you need they will take care of you. They also took photos while we were out and in the water and then sent links which was very cool to have.

The best dive shop around! Got my SSI Open Water certification with Ed and I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. He was patient with me and the group making sure we were confident, comfortable, and knowledgable in the water but most importantly, made sure we were having FUN. We went to two dive sites during the weekend and saw turtles, eels, and a white-tip reef shark. Now that I'm certified I'm looking forward to going on a few charters with Island Divers and the crew! Best scuba diving experience all around. 11/10!
