Went looking to buy a new vehicle, was helped out initially by a male in his 20s everything going smooth. We weren't able to find anything we were interested in, but he went inside to get us his card. Instead of coming back out, what I would assume was his boss came out (white male in his 50s). This guy was your stereotypical used car salesman and put so much pressure on myself to buy a used car. Personally I do not care about this "Certified Pre-Owned, " a used car is a used car.

I have owned a few business, and I would definitely hire AMY the front desk young lady, a perfect person on the phone and a great person to be the first face you see and greet.thanks Amy and thanks for a great referral, what can I say about Justin, if I can deal with a professional like Justin all the time I wouldn’t have any hesitation at all. We hit it off right away and I was comfortable right away. Most of the time it’s very painful when you go to the dealership however our visit was a great experience, we would actually come back just to visit with your team and felt like we were family. My wife and I felt we received a great deal! Great job Justin. And last but not least the closer and finisher khem She was very kind very knowledgeable and she did it in a quick and timely manner, very friendly, and Personable. Thank you, for a wonderful experience!

I am an old Honda customer, bought Hondas all my driving life. I bought my last car a year old from Island Honda and now the paint is splitting on the door. The car is just from 2015. I went to Honda six weeks ago and somebody took a photo promising to send it in and let me know if they take responsibility for it. That was supposed to be in two weeks.

Nobody ever called me back! I left a lengthy message about the situation again nobody called me back.

At the service number number I have tried for weeks to find put the status nobody ever answers. Only the sales number functions and is answered. Sales are obviously more important than customer service which is obviously not on the front line. I’m very very disappointed and upset. I might have to shift my loyalties to a more deserving company.

They were able to take care of my car when I took a chance and just dropped in. Service was completed hours before estimate and they even washed my care. Very pleased especially since I was on a tight schedule.

They sold me a used Honda Fit that was not even legal! I took it in to get a safety check after buying it and was told it couldn't pass for multiple reasons. Yes, I should have known better, but I trusted the dealer to at least sell me a legal car!

Just had a great experience buying a new car from Island Honda. Justin the sales agent was very professional and made the buying process quick and smooth. When I drove home I felt I got a great car at a fair price. If you are looking for a new car I suggest talking with Justin at island Honda!

I had an amazing experience at Island Honda! I worked with Mariko and she is an absolute gem, it was a nice and more personal experience and not once did I feel anxious or annoyed with the “car salesmen” experience. If you go here, ask for Mariko because she’ll make you feel calm and comforted! As a young adult that was so important for me!

BEWARE!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They are going to play the back and forth game while pricing their vehicles 5k over MSRP, claiming " we live in Hawaii so shipping is a lot more expensive". Yes this is true but not 5k. Come one really! Called Tony Honda the next day and made deal less than 15 minutes. No waste your time with these guys. Sad for see local people trying to ripe off local residents. AUWE.

Excellent quality of pre-owned vehicles to choose from with pricing better than other dealers. Quantities of pre-owned vehicle inventory in Maui is really very low right now for so many reasons and I so appreciate that Island Honda didn't add on an unreasonable markup. Julius & Mariko were attentive and really responsive to my questions and in taking care of any follow up needs. I am so happy with my 2019 Honda Accord LX.

I wanted to look up the reviews for Island Honda because of what I was just told by a family member that stopped over. She purchased a vehicle from them and it didn't even get her home. It is not mechanically sound. So far, they are not doing anything to help her. She is a very kind person, too kind! I hope they choose to make this right cause they certainly haven't so far!

I had a very experienced and caring sales person that looked out for my needs. When I ran in to some difficulty she was right there for me to work things out and make sure I received the car I needed. She even followed up to make sure things were going well. It was a stressful time and she came through for me. A caring kind person in a most unsettling and chaotic time.

Lincoln our salesman, Randy and the nice lady who handled the paperwork were all excellent and gave use great customer service, will recommend everyone we know to Island Honda. Thank you all for your professional service.

It was a comfortable, friendly, professional experience. Everything was up front and easy. And it didn't take that long - which has been my experience in the past. Justin followed up with us even when we were busy and presented us with a vehicle that was just right.

When it's time to get another car, we're here! If friends and family ask, this is an easy recommendation!

Sales review - Visited Island Honda to test drive several vehicles and find the best fit for me. Worked with Mariko for a couple of hours and she was really great! Very patient helping me look at several options, answered lots of questions, and no pushy sales pitch or mansplaining like I experienced at other dealerships on the island. Highly recommend you work with her for your car purchase needs. Unfortunately, the dealership was unable to agree on a price with me, so I didn't purchase but still would happily work with Mariko again.

I bought an HR-V here. Overall I had a great experience, no complaints! I love the HR-V I got and Sebastian was excellent to work with.
