Jack in the Box, Honolulu HI

Edit: Raising my review score because the district manager actually cares about their restaurants and addressed the issue sincerely. I believe the previous issue at this location is likely to be resolved now.

Worst tacos of my life. Seemed like old prefab tacos that were microwaved. I should have gone next door to Taco Bell but they were drive-in only today and I had to use the Jack in the Box bathroom. Never coming back. Hope I don't get sick.

Food not professionally prepped. Oil is old and need to be changed. Fried items was hard and dry. The lettuce was fresh. Hopefully better next time.

If I could do ZERO its a definitely 0 stars. The service from employees here are rude and ignorant. Come here if you want attitude.

Nearly every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. The inside looks unkept, the employees seem lazy, and order accuracy is always questionable. Today I ordered onion rings just to get home and they’re jalapeño poppers. Just one of many times this store can’t get the simplest of tasks when it’s not even busy. I think this store could be great if they just managed the current staff better or hired more attentive ones.

We ordered 4 sausage croissants and fries…pulled up to the window and they gave us one bag…looked inside to find a EATEN hash brown. Gave a full refund, but just wanted to hop on here a give a review because that the MOST disgusting thing anyone could ever do at a drive thru

We frequent this JITB as it is right around the corner from where we live. We’ve never had great success with it, but nothing bad enough for us to stop going. Tonight my husband went for dinner for us and brought it home, my order was wrong. He took it back, and they gave us a completely wrong sandwich from what was ordered. I decided to go back next. When I told the woman working that my order was messed up twice, she smiled like it was a joke. She went to the kitchen and told them what the order was supposed to be and they all start laughing? Only then was my order finally corrected, after three trips and laughter from the kitchen staff.

Food is always really good but they so mess up pretty frequently. But I understand completely because during the red hill issue, they were the ONLY place that stayed open and were super busy and when they did mess up, they did their best to fix it

The bathrooms are close because they experienced vandalism in the past, hownthat justified i dont know. Their drinks were all canned drinks but still charged as the size you ordered. The employee that took my order was nice but all together it was very disappointing. I doubt I'll return to this location.

Employees were rude and ignored the customers.one Employee walked away while in the middle of talking to a customer. Worst customer service I've ever seen, is no one watching over these 16 year olds?

Haven't been here in ages.ordered chicken pita. The pita bread was a bit hard and lettuce was as if it just got peeled off of the lettuce head.

It completely ruined my experience, they were so freaking slow, I spent almost an hour stock in their driveway after I placed my order, couldn't get out of their drive-thru to save my life due to their race sidewalk borders, if I was to get out I would definitely cost some serious damage to my vehicle, so BEWARE of the narrow and raised walls drive-thru once you are in there's no way out. I can't say enough how frustrating it was.

If I could give ya’ll a half a star? I would. My parents ordered ULTIMATE CHEESE & BACON CHESSE BURGER with Curly fries & Onion Rings. First of all, they didn’t get no Onion rings, they got Chicken Nuggets & the Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger ain’t had NO BACON. The curly fries were HARD & the burgers were DRY & SLOPPY & the cokes were also watery too! I called them to make a complaint. The lady said her manager wasn’t in & I her about my order & the lady said she’s only gonna replace 1 BURGER & THE CURLY FRIES & then tries to argue with me. She then hung up on me & when I tried to call them back? She hung up on me AGAIN & I’ve called 7 times already & they ain’t answered one time.

To the lady who answered the phone who barely speaks english? & wants to give attitude? If you don’t like your job? QUIT.

I'm not the one to complain or make bad reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. We went 2 night in a row and I got the munchies meal the first night which was the Sriracha curly fries meal, when I got home and opened my box it wasn't the correct one, they gave me the chick-n-tator melt sandwich, which I didn't mind because I still love it but, the sandwich did not look appealing at all, it looked very dry with no sauce. The second night, we went in around 8: 30PM, the doors where still open, there was people also inside and when we wanted to order. After we had been there for a while they told us they had closed the inside already, so we understood, they probably wanted to close early it's one of those days right? Well we went throught the drive thru and ordered. When I got to the window, they didn't even know what they were doing, they had to ask me what drink I got after I had received it. They also charged me for sauce which I didn't know I had to pay for the 2 meals I got. When I got home and opened my meal (which was the stacked grilled cheeseburger), DISSATISFIED AGAIN. My sandwich was really sad and dry, I'm not sure if I'll go to this jack on the box again. I provided a picture of the 2nd nights sandwich

Understaffed. They only had 1 worker running the entire restaurant. I was in their drive-through for over an hour because there are no exits. Worst experience ever.

My first time having jack in the box. I like it. It was good for what it is. Burger was good and curly fries reminded me of Arby's

The curly fries were soggy and they forgot to give my girl salsa for her tacos, she had to get back in to get them. I guess you need to remind them to give you the salsa

I visited this location at 1130pm, I wanted a quick meal after fishing. I tried the 8$ chicken sandwich box. The sandwich was good, simple but good. I had little to no fries witch I was disappointed from. The tacos where pretty good as far as tacos go. They had plenty of taco sauce on them. I asked for a doctor pepper with no ice bit I received ice. Waited in line for about 10 minutes to get to the window. My friend also ordered a cheese sandwich and was disappointed about how simple it was. The menu picture hyped it up but we received noting that looked like it. The window worker was also rude asking what we ordered and walking away as I told her. I might give this location another try during normal business hours.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time going to this place. Employees were on their phones laughing having a good time in the lobby. Meanwhile 6 cars are in the drive thru no one was taking orders when people pull up to place an order. Everyone left. Again do not waste your time!
