20No stars if could. The food is always stale or like it was made 2 hours before I got there. Service is like they dont care. Especially night time drive-thru operator.
Went about 9: 30 pm to the drive thru. I was the only one in the queue but waited by the ordering speaker for a couple minutes before someone took my order. Got to window to pay an waited a little over 10 minutes for food. I only got 2 burger combos. Food is ridiculously expensive as is all other fast food places nowadays. Was it worth it, no but it was just a convenient stop on the way home other than mcdonalds.
This place should be shut down for good. I came here last night 9/16/23 around 10pm. I ordered a number 4 and I got food poisoning, I had to rush myself to the hospital. This place is filthy. The workers are chewing betel nut or chewing tobacco while working. Where do they spit? Do they spit inside of the work place? If they do that is NASTY! Horrible management, will not come here ever again.
Are they slaughtering the cow in the back? The time it took to get my sandwich and fries was.about 24 minutes.i will never come back, slowest fast find I've experienced.food was awful too.
Worst experience first I had a $60 order and waited 15min and no customers they weren’t even busy! The girl Barely speaks English:/ and got home my order was missing large curly and you know how much they charge! Then my 2 Breakfast jack had egg shells in both sandwiches: (Never again going to Jack in box on South king and Mcully
Does not have items I ordered from the app. Order shows complete and when I get there they said they don't have the items. No further explanation, she looked like she wasn't going to say anything like Im going to accept it and just leave. McDonald's would've offered something else for replacement for the inconveniences.so i said, ok now what? It's showing complete. And the girl kept saying, they don't have the items. So I asked if they are going to cancel my order then? And she kept saying they don't have the items. I said, I know you don't have it, but my order went through and it's complete. Is my name showing on your screen? She said yeah your name is there. And I asked again, are u guys going to cancel it, since you don't have what I ordered. She left and came with someone that just said you have to cancel it from the app. Smh. I just left.
Customer service was terrible, there were two girls seating down taking to each other.
Both of them just stared as we entered the store, no greeting or even a welcome.during our vist the store was very slow, my son and I were the only customers.
Both of them seemed be annoyed that we chosen to eat at that location due to there was no sense of urgency to take our order at the register. They were both very rude during my interaction with them. When our food was ready to be picked up, all that was said form the cashier was "Here"? Not even a thank you. On top of that when I checked my order they had forgotten part of it that was setting on the side of the counter that a had to ask to see if the other bag was ours. Not sure who is traing and holding staff accountable for customer service, but there seems to be a lack of accountability and standards. Shame on the store manager for allowing this experience!
Sorry to say that We will NEVER return to that location.
On multiple occasions, the employees purposely get your order wrong and make it almost impossible to fix it. Save yourself the hassle and don’t come here.
Awful wait times at night and incompetent staff. You can hear them laughing at the order window because the lady operating the window is too ignorant to mute the mic while the customers rot away in the drive-thru. It's supposed to be fast food. Too bad you can't refund wasted time.
Food was great. Service with a smile. Dining room was closed tho, had to walk thru the drive thru.
Good cheap eats in Honolulu. I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in a long time. This one definitely lived up to my expectations!
This place is run by a Micronesian staff. The cashiers couldn't understand how to use the register, she couldn't tell me how much money I was supposed to have returned. I saw two other Micronesian families come in and they weren't being charged for the food that was given to them. I got charged for tacos, I ordered but the cashier had forgotten they sold out of the tacos.so I cancelled my first order and purchased a milkshake and jalapeno peppers.
I like their chicken teriyaki bowl, but the portions have gotten smaller while the price has gone up! And it tastes saltier too. Although I've found it VARIES by location. Find the JIB restaurant you like and then try to stick with them!
Avoid this jacks! Was out dashing and a good priced order came up for pick up at this location. Figured I’d pick up an order with the money I just made. Put in an online order, money came out right away. I pull up to find the drive thru line closed, okay whatevers, tried to go inside, doors locked and ppl inside just talking… after tryna wave down someone 3ft thru glass a lady got up and shook her hands at me.that was it. So lost the dash money AND they took my online order money and I have YET TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Out 40$ it’s been few days already. Any managers feel free to reach out
There is this worker at night he is so rude and always has so much attitude I told him if he doesn't like his job he should quit very poor service
I don’t get when I’m trying to purchase salsa sauce they always say that the one I got with my meal was the only one. I mean if I’m purchasing it wouldn’t it make sense for the company to sell it? I end up ordering another meal and one more magically appears. If it were my company I’d want my employees to try make as much money for the company possible and not hide it away like you used to hide food from your siblings…the man who works nights is terrible…. Smh
Language barrier resulted in a double order. Not sure what was up with the food, but it didn't taste right. Will not be returning to this location.
The menu board was not working and not being from the West coast, we were not familiar with the menu. We had always heard about this chain so we wanted to try it. The staff was entirely unhelpful, just said the menu board was down. We had to go online to see the menu. The food was not great. Overall, a very big let down.
Was 1: 30am 5/5/23. Was headed home just trying to get some food, was tired. Couldn't understand the person taking orders and they yelled at me through the intercom.
Stopped here for dinner, I got a small bacon cheeseburger, overpriced, husband got a burger that was small, service wasn’t good, the lady behind the counter didn’t seem to know what she was doing, their inside menu wasn’t their full menu so we were limited in what we thought we could order, husbands soda tasted flat.
