Jack in the Box, Hilo HI

The drive to is always convenient and easy the food is always consistent I tried the tiny tacos the other day and they were they were really good

First time eating here in decades. Not bad. Fries weren't super fresh. The more I pay for fast food the more I am grateful I can cook at home just fine too

Hamburger patties seem much smaller than before. The food was lukewarm, fries were stale. Son paid for lunch, I won't frequent the store anymore.

I not into man so. Not sure about (jack) the boxes. We're nothing to jump for joy. For.
The food on the other hand is always good but the prices are prices as if the don't want anyone to buy the food

I haven't had a Jack in The box in over 30 years I decided to try it in Hawaii and they gave me heartburn

Tacos are not as good as it used to be. Fries are burnt and they allow dogs inside the restaurant

Just ordered a chocolate shake with whip cream & cherry on top through the drive through. Had a few cars in front of me and the line seemed to go along quite quickly. Shake was Ono licious. Thanks Jack

This location has all the Jack in the Box menu items you expect. The staff is great and always friendly. I've only marked four stars because service can be slow sometimes. There was a time when it was so bad that I would avoid going there, but it's has been much better lately. If you NEED to have an Oreo shake, you know where to get it.

They were playing around in there and messed up my order. It's a hit and a miss, depends on who's working.

First time get to drink roasted coffee with macadamia flavoured. They gave me an extra one too. Nice coffee and friendly staff.

I would have to say that this place has some herenden's food safe practices. I found a piece of hair in my Burger once and also the floor looks oily greasy and dirty. You can tell that the cleanliness of this establishment needs a serious overhaul. If you are looking to get sick then please stop by this Jack in the Box and ask for any kind of Burger.

Salad lettuce was brown and did not taste good/ fresh, chicken nuggets are too small for their price, the sprite taste sweet, and the tacos have to little of meat and lettuce, taco sauce has a watery consistence, taco shells are soggy, curly fries are crumbly, cashier was sassy. Never eating there again.

I like a juicy burger, but I don't like it dripping all over me. Jack wraps their burgers kind of classy touch.

It was the worst jack in the box I have ever tasted but the poor girl behind the counter was very pleasant

I always utilize the drive through. What draws me to Jack's place is all the new items. Such a variety! I think they are quite innovative. Jack has the taste flavors for a culturally diverse local area. But I wish they would extend their senior citizens discount. I only get it if the main manager works the window occasionally. Come on Jack be the first to offer this option! None of your competitors locally does this.

Great for late night snacks. The drive thru is open 24hrs. Their are a few other fast food places in that shopping center but I'd still choose this place over them, especially late.

Their food is always wonderful. And they always send us great coupons in the mail and in the newspaper great for budget.

Meat had a funny taste to it, the Jacks spicy chicken with cheese was pretty good. Maybe try to stay away from the burgers and get the chicken sandwiches instead. They also charge for ranch.

My sister wanted to stop and eat here as she’s never ate at Jack-in-the-Box so she orders her mail which is a combo when she got a large saws it was around 11 bucks but I can’t believe how big the cup was! Seeing as we are visiting we have been trying to order enough food that could feed us twice a day and this definitely could feed us twice a day
