Burgers are smaller but otherwise pretty good. Love those curly fries and egg rolls but don't forget the buttermilk sauce.

Drive through service was friendly but speed was slow to just ok. The size of my Jumbo Jack seems smaller compared to several years ago and tasted just ok but not like how it was before.

The wait was a couple minutes longer than usual cause of all this covid 19 stuff but the was better than ever.probably cause I haven't eaten there in a good minute.

The drive thru order was completely messed up! I left although realized I didn't get my refund so had to go back. I had to go inside to get my refund & completely re-order my meal. Was a pain I'm the arsh I say

This place Jack renamed lack they're have no class serving the customer's and speaking a different language. Making customers feel very uncomfortable. They have no hospitality.

A standard Jack In The Box. The menu offers a lot of variety. It is a little challenging driving into and parking at the restaurant. The drive thru is a little tight. The wait can be a little long.

Good food. Better to do the drive inn. Probably faster than the dine in area. Very easy to order and wait for food. Not very healthy but very good after a night of drinking and late night munchies. Check this placw out.

They tend to cater to people driving up more than people at the line. And they took forever for my order. Who waits for their order for 40 minutes? Oh yeah, me!

Below average quality, I would choose any other quick bite over this place, on top of that, I got my order totally wrong, and when they replaced it, it came out cold.

At jack in the box on south king st.employee Valerie is awesome worker.she's friendly & does eye contact with.cutomers. I'm happy when i see her in the front on register.she takes my order PERFECT. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HER. THANK YOU FOR HIRING HER HAS A WONDERFUL WORKER.

The line was short, the cashier Josie was very polite and helpful and the place was clean. Had a good experience.

Tacos ate pretty good not expensive I quit eating their burgers years ago.they have a taste that doesn't taste like beef. It was rumored on the mainland that Mr Box was using kangaroo for the beef. I didn't investigate this rumor. I just don't buy their burgers. Opinions are like as##oles everyone has one.

Its good, its just that customers leave their trash on the table! Come on is that how you are at home, you can't even throw your trash away. Great customer service! Plus i only come here once every 6 months.

Food was good. Fast service and helpful staff. Got our food out in like 5 mins. The place was empty because it was 4th of July and there were 3-5 people in the place.

The food was decent.about what one would expect at a fast food place. The service was subpar. I started ordering with one employee. He was called away and left without staying anything to me while I was ordering so I had to repeat my order to the next employee. Also, the bathrooms require a key and there is no place to change a diaper.

The ultimate cheese burger with bacon, the spicy potato wedges and the Oreo cookie shake = wow!

On October 24th 2013 I bought a BLT Cheeseburger meal and ate it. Several hours later I thought I came down with a fever but it worsened into diarrhea where I had to use the restroom at least once an hour and vomiting. Reported the food poisoning to the state Department of Health but I don't know what followup was done. But aside from that, the food is alright. Be prepared to wait while they prepare your order.

Food is good, small portions, I asked for large curly fries and it was so small. Staff are ok, one of them was rude to us and refused to give us free food, we gave them a coupon last time for FREE FRIES, next time my friend went with their coupon and the lady told us we had to buy something to get the free fries?

Jack in the box. Not healthy, not great, but if you're hungry, it's cheap and its filling. Actually, I'm betting that it's cheap and filling even if you're not hungry.

5 stars for the best drive through. Consistently fast and accurate. There are so many Jack in the box stores, but these guys are the best, especially for large trucks. The turn is easy to make.
