Jess is an absolute angel! I was cancelled on 4 times (yes, you read that correctly) by a waxer in Makawao and was desperate to be fit in for an event. Jess had a same day appointment available and was SO kind, so easy to talk with, so caring and diligent, and most of all, I got an amazing wax. I will never go anywhere else! She really knows her stuff and took her time making sure to do a wonderful job.
I used Jess waxing for a bodybuilding show and her services were fantastic. I’ve never done this before, so she educated me in the post wax care and walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend Jess, she is the best!
