10One of our favorite places for takeout! Great vegan selection. We ALWAYS order the Hirata Buns and one other item. There are a few tables if you want to eat in, but online ordering makes it easy to take out. Great value. Definitely recommended!
Come here and get their vegan "loco moco"! It seems like this place constantly rotates their menu, so try and get it while you can. It is soooo good. Enjoyed everything else as well. Will have to come back next week and have some coffee. Probably my new favorite spot for vegan noms. My bf who isn't vegan at all was certainly impressed by the taste. The portions were also very large for the price.
The carrort cake was amazingly good, not too sweet, moist and tasty. I also had the orange chick'n bunz, very good, and fresh.
Always great vegan food & exceptional service. The relaxing atmosphere of the place leaves me with the impression that I’m stopping by to visit a friend. Today I had these delicious sweet potato croquettes & it was such a big portion Im going to have lunch for work tomorrow. You can always tell a lot of thought, creativity & care goes into every thing the chef does. It feels like a treat to be passing through the city & grab something special for myself, but it’s honestly worth the drive all on its own.
Best vegan food on island! Highly recommend!
Love that they change up the menu each week, and they also bring back some of the favorites. Great flavors and quality food!
Super loved the new vegan Crunchwrap today. I hope they do that one again.
The vegan chicken is awesome.
Love the black velvet latte.
Great vegan fare and great customer service. Takeaway is probably the most convenient but eat-in is best for this food. Innovative menu with very interesting options (careful if you're gluten-intolerant). Portions are huge and sharable. The food is generally gorgeous; colorful and texture-rich.
Skip the red velvet latte. Grainy and doesn't taste at all like the name. Clever use of beets, though.
Their version of a crunch wrap is very good. Not always available, get it if you can. Their grill/flat-top char is outstanding.
They do sell out of popular items, so go early. The food takes a while to prepare (as it should), so be prepared to wait a little.
Prices are extremely good for what you get, in quality and quantity. Surprising and satisfying.
Wish they were in a bigger space with better parking. A newer shop or better layout would help sanitation.
Don't bring your stroller. Also, no handicapped access. The tables are too tight to maneuver any wheelchair or mobility device.
No bathroom access I could see, but didn't need it during the visit.
Not a lot of seating. You may have to wait outside to be seated.
The front of the house needs decluttering and cleaning. Random chairs stacked on the side and covered in dust aren't great dining companions.
Parking is typical Waialae no-parking. 3 stalls in front of the shop are never available and on-street parking is taken up by residents who don't use their garage or carport for their car. Be prepared to walk a long way.
Tap to pay accepted.
Great new find in Kaimuki area! We found this place because it was one of the few open vegan restaurants on the weekend, and the food was great!
The atmosphere is chill down to Earth, food taste of high quality, is large portions, service is quick, shop is eclectic in decor which adds a sense of charm that more time, money, and energy is place of the nourishing side. If you are like me and this is your first time, definitely won't disappoint you in taste, flavor, or price. With plently of gluten-free options, with non common ingredients for extra nutrition and tatse experience. It was so worth the walk from finishing the Diamondhead Trail. Enjoy your vegan find!
Order: Soba Noodles $12 [No added gluten] Pure Buckwheat noodles, cucumber, marinated tofu, lotus root, Okinawa sweet potato, negi, and soba dressing.
My wife and I have always loved this restaurant. But today we received exceptional service. Because it was a tad warm today. We brought our service dog inside as leaving her in the car would have been uncomfortable. Kristina at the desk, without being prompted brought out our puppy a bowl of water. She even put ice in it. Thank you for always making us feel welcomed. Furthermore we appreciate the ever changing tasteful menu.
Everytime I go in for brunch I'm like. "Ugh! I was DREAMING about what I had last time and they don't have it todaaay! " Then I'm forced to try something else and then THAT thing becomes my new favorite thing! #neverFails
