Just Putterin' Around Golf reviews
8Very cool, very friendly place.went in out of curiosity. Prices are extremely fair. Ended up buying a used set to play on the island while here. Well worth the look if you didn't bring your clubs and need a set while on vacation.
Very nice shop run by a knowledgeable and helpful gentleman who clearly loves the game. Highly recommend Just Putterin’ Around Golf.
The numerous five star reviews are very well deserved! Bud was super helpful and enthusiastic and helped me pick out some awesome local golf souvenirs. Definitely recommend for any golfing needs!
Really nice people, really educated in their crafts, definitely best prices in all of the islands.
Best golf shop in town! Bud is so kind and genuine, he really wants to help people fall in love with golf!
Once my cruise docked, I knew I'd only have a few hours ashore to pick up a nice souvenir. As an avid golfer, I walked into this store looking for something that'd remind me of this vacation. Bud (the owner) was a pleasure to chat with and incredibly helpful - we chatted for almost an hour!
Thanks to him, I managed to find a Kona artisan putter (thanks Jim and Kona Custom Putters!) and loved everything about it. Very excited to return again next time I'm in Kona!
I highly recommend this shop! It is now at a new location across the street. The owner (Bud) is very knowledgable and helpful. The pricing is more than reasonable and there is a great selection. I bought several used clubs, a golf bag and had some new grips put on old clubs. Everything is working out great. Thanks Bud!
Great little shop for used clubs and other golf equipment. The owner was very engaging and had great recommendations for a vacation round of golf (we played at Kona Country Club - which was one of his suggestions and was a fun track with some great views).
