6My experience at Kaiser is always good, the nurses are very sweet and they always make my daughter feel comfortable, especially when she’s gonna get her routine shots. My daughter doesn’t like those, what child does but the nurses does a great job. And my child Dr.is awesome!
My company has Kaiser med plan so i have to go there but they are very good
First time here and they have unisex bathrooms. Disgusting! First and last!
Overworked and underpaid staff. Kaiser blames Maui Health for the Nurse Strike. Talented doctors agree the system is terrible. Good luck getting an appointment or an appointment reminder. Urgent care is the best place for an appointment.
1) NURSE THAT TOOK MY VIDALS "CRISTY", SHOWS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, MEANING NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. THE WORD IS VERY RUDE,
2) WAIT TIME WERE BEYOND EXPECTATION. MEANING TO LONG.

The ER & ICU staff saved my life when I was found not breathing and unconscious while visiting the island. I awoke, not only alive, but in the hands of the most caring and competent staff. Special kudos to Dr Song. My sons & patients are grateful too!
