3 Dropped my brand new 6mo old car off here, then came back to pick it up and one of my car windows is totally smashed. Owner says she has no idea what happened to it. Footage of cameras is mysteriously missing. Shop is not cooperating with police investigation. Would rather service my car myself than ever do business with these people again.
REPLY: On 3 separate occasions, I was told to leave my car overnight for service. You have a key drop box for this instances. I was assured my car would safe. You were NOT on vacation when it happened, it happened the day before Tracy left for vacation. My car was broken at 7 in the morning. You contacted me AFTER doing service on my car that my window was “cracked. ” It’s shattered beyond repair. You were in the office for 8 hours that day and had plenty of time to watch the tape from 3 cameras and see what happened. Obviously nothing happened on those cameras and one of your workers broke it and you’re covering it up.
My family and I have been going to Kalawe’s Auto Repair for over 20 years. If I could give Brian and his wife 20 stars I certainly would.
