How you like that photo! I know it doesn’t look anything like the seared Ahi sandwich. It’s just the remains. That was hands down the best thing I’ve eaten on this trip. Definitely a must have for everyone!
The only thing I did wrong was being nice to the others in my group. I cut it up and shared with them. They just had to try it.

Good food, good beer, great service. Just order on your phone, and it comes out right away

Man, this place was really good. I went in expecting OK beer and OK food, but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely going back next time I'm in the area!

Come for the beer but make sure you stay for a meal. You won’t regret it. The food is excellent and a nice paring with the different kids of beer. Worth the short drive to eat and drink here.

Great local vibe and amazing beers and food. Services were top notch. Beer battered fires were on point. When on the island a must stop for great beers and food.

You order off your phone, which was handy to avoid having to split the bill. Mac and cheese was good and so was the Philly cheese steak. The garlic fries were standard, could have done without them.

Good vibes, great food and solid brews. Check this place out! Convenient location 5 minutes away from the Lihue airport. The carnitas tacos were excellent as was the Ahi sandwich. Slider special offered after 3-5, was super tasty too. The Bravo IPA was a crisp West Coast IPA and the Lihue Lager was refreshing and balanced. Nice selection of swag for gifts. The slap band coozie was very creative and unique. Put Kauai Beer Company on your list of places to check out!

That had to be, the worst meal I’ve ever experienced. First, my wife and I ordered a Bavarian pretzel. The pretzel was the size of a cracker and tasted like something my niece made in an easy bake oven. Then we ordered the Reuben sandwich, fries and Mac n cheese. The Reuben was burnt to a crisp and tasted like charcoal. The meat itself was tainted as well. My wife’s Mac n cheese was a bowl of gloop with no taste. The fries were just smothered and dripping with grease. The beer is the only aspect of this experience I enjoyed. This food needs a complete overhaul. Upset I paid 70 dollars for this.

Came here four years ago. Capped off our trip this time with dinner and beers at KBC. They make great beers and give terrific friendly island service.

Best beer on the island! Compared to the “other” place, this is a much better atmosphere, friendlier staff and ‘fresher’, tastier beer. Might go again before we leave

We grabbed beers and garlic fries. The fries were typical bar fare — greasy but satisfying, served with ranch and ketchup. I had a Lihue Larger. It was fresh and crisp, but not exceptional. They use an online ordering system that is a bit impersonal but very efficient.

Small selection but good (not overwhelming) variety of beers in a clean, easygoing setup with efficient service. Nothing uniquely remarkable but sometimes that’s what you’re looking for!

We came around dinnertime and though the place was full, a table was cleared for us right away and they make it very easy to tell with laminated cards on the table whether it’s been sanitized or not! Straightforward instructions on how to get help for the table. Lots of space between tables, could be an affordable, low effort date spot or catch up with friends (:

The garlic fries we ordered were not very garlicky but extremely oily and heavy - which you might expect with fries I guess. We finished it anyway but might get something else if we come back next time

Got to the restaurant around 7: 00 and was told by a harried waitress that due to technical difficulties, there was no food. We could have drinks however. We ordered our drinks and as we were drinking, it appeared that other tables were having food delivered. Apparently and miraculously the kitchen reopened but we weren’t informed and our anxious server never appeared again. Left hungry but at least we weren’t thirsty anymore!

Awesome place! The beer was great, nice environment with indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was nice and clean and service was very quick!
