They are so helpful and efficient, and the weekend availability is a huge plus. Kela is wonderful with my dog and he was even excited to walk back in the clinic a week after getting shots- something that had never happened!
I see that most people who have left reviews here were happy. We had a different experience. We never met the doctor so I can’t say anything about that. But, the reason we didn’t meet the doctor is because the other staff were rude and unhelpful enough that we decided to just leave. There is no excuse for being unfriendly.
This was my first visit there. The office is very well organized with online appointments, check-ins, and visit summaries. The staff and Dr.are very personable and explain all the steps. I was suitability impressed. My puppy was well treated and was very calm afterwards.
Called for a connection to a large animal vet for our sheep. They said they hope to have a large animal vet joining their practice in the s ummer. They referred me to a vet in Lihue in the meantime.
They took good care of our dog when she had been in an accident in the middle of the night, assembling a teem to stitch her up.
Just checking. Why is there a "tip" option at check out? Again, just checking because my dentist, doctors, and the wal-mart associates never ask for tips. For a $500 bill, seems like a big tip.maybe it's just me. Am i the only one? Probably.
It's a bit of a drive from Wailua, but I love how they take care of my pets, very patient with questions, etc, and always so very helpful.
Have been taking my dogs here for years. Always receive timely responses to questions and appointments are always made within a couple of days of calling, if not sooner. Though you do not go inside with your pets the vets take time to explain outcomes and recommendations and make sure to answer questions and concerns. Always able to help us out with our furry friends when we need it!
