Kauai Photo Tours and Camera Shop reviews
10Above & beyond customer service! The owner could not have extended herself more with her assistance. Forgot my charger at home rendering my camera useless & she really came through for a tourist she didn’t know.
Great service. Good recommendations on equipment. Had the photo equipment I needed I stock. Photos on wall were brilliant.
Michele was the bomb. She came in on her day off to get us a battery charger for our camera. We needed it for a helicopter tour the next morning. She saved the day! So informative and helpful.
They were so helpful and made some great suggestions for equipment to help us with our photography during our vacation.
Came in to buy a replacement lens cap and left with a Tiffen lens polarizer too which Michelle helped to showcase how to use. Highly recommended!
Ran out of 35mm film on my trip and ran all over the island looking for more before finally finding this place. The service was wonderful:)
Got to Kauai and my Nikon battery was exhausted. Popped in this store and they had a replacement. Super stoked. Thank you.
Good selection of rental equipment. The gallery is really impressive! Great camera accessories and filter selection.
What a delightful place. In addition to having a nice selection of camera supplies they have an excellent studio where the owner offers a wide variety of metallic, scenic pictures of his excellent work. Kauai, other Hawaiian islands, the Pacific Northwest, Virginia, Maryland and even Washington DC! Excellent quality and delightful family owned business that has certainly won a place in my heart, and soon a portions of several walls in my home.
I packed light on a recent trip to Kaua’i but of course my two batteries were not enough. Saw this store while in Kapaa so went in hoping for a miracle and could not believe they not only had a battery for my camera but also a universal charger. The sales person even showed me just how to use it with my battery. I was also pleased to find a circular polarizer for my lens. But most exciting of all was to discover that they actually sell film. Bravo! Next trip I’ll bring my real camera)
