Kawaihae Marketplace reviews
6This is an absolute gem of a market. The poke, musubi, cake, ok everything here is fantastic. Must stop here to grab delicious provisions.
Seafood restaurant from across the street has moved into this space. Reasonably priced poke, kimchee and shrimp.

Kawaihae Marketplace, a delightful family-owned establishment situated in a charming town located north of Kailua-Kona and Waikoloa. Nestled alongside a gas station and a shaved ice store, this hidden gem houses a convenient store and a deli seafood café. Step inside and discover a culinary haven where the freshest catch of the day is transformed into mouthwatering Poké bowls. Indulge in a variety of delectable flavors and don't miss the chance to savor their heavenly Tuna Melt Sandwich—a true delight that comes with chips and a pickle. The warm and friendly owners add a touch of personal charm to the experience, while the option to purchase fresh fish filets further elevates the allure of this establishment. Whether you're embarking on a journey north or seeking a quick grab-and-go option, Kawaihae Marketplace is the perfect destination for your poke bowl cravings, sandwich desires, or even fresh fish to take home and prepare in your own kitchen.
There's no market place! Just some electrical site. False advertising!
Fresh poke & seafood here from Da Fish House sold to the public here. We scored some cool freeze dried treats too (sour gummy worms, starbursts, and gummy peaches). My daughter bought a Roxy bikini which was regular price. Cute shop just next door to great Hawaiian Shaved Ice.
They have a sandwich board too.
I bought my first poke here. It was so good that I tried it somewhere else 2 more times over the course of my vacation. They sell out quite quickly on some days, so it's worth being early.
