Knowing my partner very well I know she is hard working by the way she works around the house and the way she handles things is outstanding. Her working here broke her because of a lazy nurse she worked under overworking and accusing her of not doing her job. They’re currently understaffed but I wonder why they can’t keep workers? Could be the lack of equipment or things being done that are not up to the code, could be lazy mentors placing her responsibilities onto her new students. I’ve known how hard my partner worked to get to her position, she grew attached to the patients she’s taking care of and the fact that she’s wanting to take a break from nursing cuz of this is saddening. It’s thanks giving at the moment and she’s bawling her eyes out driving home. Is that how you’d want your family member coming home on thanksgiving? If you’re thinking of applying your folks here… don’t. Best they don’t suffer anymore than they have to.
