Cosy, quiet townhouse holiday club with swimming pool, tennis courts and table tennis, right at the shore with a rocky beach, short walking distance from shopping, dining and within 5min drive from a sandy beach.

Save your money and stay else where. We always wondered why the locals hate people from the mainland and it all makes sense now. This place is full of 65-80 year old white people who walk around like they are entitled and own the place. On multiple occasions we got to listen to the old people talk about how they wish there were less kids in the park so they could enjoy it. Everyone walks around stuck up and glares at you. Watch out for Rick and Jim the two male “Karen’s” who patrol making sure people aren’t smoking where they aren’t supposed to be, then yells at them about how they are trying to pass a ordinance to ban all smoking. To top it off they all want to come down to the pool and push their way through the kids so they get their 20 minutes of soaking before sitting on the deck for a hour reading a book and yelling at kids who splash. I have never hated old people so much in my life. Especially white old people! The money you save isn’t worth it stay at a resort and let all the old people rot on their own self entitled. Let’s all ban with the locals and push out the old people!

Great location, amazing views. Waking up to the views of the ocean was an amazing bonus. The only downside was our unit didnt have air conditioning. It was nice and close to town and walkable to the shopping center with the grocery store. The kitchen was really nice and the balcony/Deck was so nice to lounge on and look at the water or the sunset.

Stayed here in a 2nd floor condo overlooking the ocean for a week and it was really nice! No a/c, so the sliders and windows were open all night and the overhead fans turned on high.

Lovely place to stay. Beach access. Great pool. Close to a shopping center and close enough to downtown Kona.

Beautiful location right next to the water with a somewhat private beach, cute condos, great location on the quieter end of town. The second I walked onto the beach, I saw a Humback Whale shooting out of the water completely before I could even get my phone out!

The location is close to the ocean and the atmosphere was very nice. There are three bedrooms, so I think it is perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommended.

Can't beat the views. Seems their letting the place get run down. Beds sucked, screens bad, mold issues, it is out pricing its worth. Marriott is better and much cleaner.
