Kelii's Kayak Tours reviews
13We had ours today and it was great! Great weather conditions, the guide was super friendly and funny and got to see countless fishes and turtles!
Very efficiently and effectively run tour from signing up online to launching from the beach. Tyler led us to front row seats for WHALE WATCHING—first of the season I understand! Tyler was knowledgeable and patient, gave us all the info needed in friendly and effective way and led us to all the best spots. Saw turtles and bunch of other colorful fish along the Lava Tube!
My husband and I enjoyed our morning kayak tour with Kelli’s! Our guide was energetic and knowledgeable. He gave clear instructions to guide us safely. Since it was windy, we kayaked around the bay for a bit. We had lots of time to snorkel. The reefs were beautiful and there was an abundance of fish. We even saw a few turtles! Overall, we had a great time!
Tyler is an amazing guide and teacher. If you are uncomfortable with swimming in deep water or water phobia, he is the man to go to for this activity. This was my first time snorkeling and I am not a swimmer.yet I enjoyed snorkeling to the fullest and saw three turtles. I highly recommend Tyler.
Really great experience with a knowledgeable guide. You will be well-cared for and well guided along the Maui coastline to hotspots for wonder-filled scenery. Things to know:
- They will ask you to park in the beach cove parking lot at 5110 Makena Rd. From there you walk along the road past the bathrooms by the beach and you will find your guide along with a guides from other services
- You will be provided a 15 liter wet bag
- As they say, bring as little as possible - there's no room for more
- You will launch from the beach, but you will get in and out of your kayak while anchored in open water
- Trust your guides, they are smart, helpful and personable (especially Cody!)
YOU HAVE TO GO HERE! This was a once in a lifetime trip and my favorite thing in Maui! Tyler was super helpful and informative. The kayaks were comfortable and they even gave us water bags. We saw turtles and dolphins! Plus tons of fish.
We kayaked and snorkeled with our 3 teenagers and Tyler was a great guide! Friendly, kind, laid-back and knowledgeable. Saw probably a dozen sea turtles during the tour, explored the reef and a lava tube reef area. Cold water and sprite when we needed it during the tour. Great experience! Thank you Tyler!
Great experience. Tyler was super chill. It was nice having a smaller group of 9 total. We got individual kayaks which was cool.
Snorkeling spot was awesome. Nice coral ridge that rises up almost to water level. All kinds of fish and turtles everywhere.
Highly recommended. No complaints
Curtis was great! He told us interesting facts about Hawaiin history, and answered all the questions we had. He was super attentive during kayaking, made us feel comfortable. I Loved the whole experience! We saw 3 turtles while snorkeling. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our kayak/snorkel experience! Curtis was great - super personable and knowledgeable. He was patient and explained things well. He had all the equipment needed for us to enjoy ourselves and his guidance and experience helped us to fell safe and relaxed. Semper Paratus
We had the pleasure of going on a kayak tour with Jeremiah in December. He was very knowledgable, and helped us learn how to snorkel while still respecting the beautiful coral reefs so as not to damage them. We had a great time, and next time in Hawaii we will be using Kelii's Kayak Tours again. Great value, great experience.
Curtis did a great job helping us feel confident in our kayaks- took us to some beautiful snorkel areas - most variety of fish I have ever seen! We heard the whales and even saw a Manta Ray! It was my favorite experience here!
