14Nanakuli KFC is one of the lousiest fast-food places. Their portions are always small and not so good. But, Kapolei's KFC is really good and fresh. Just saying.
It's exactly what you expect it to be. Service was good, friendly and fast. Restaurant is clean.still have to wear masks to prevent people from catching an illness with a 99.97% survival rate, but we made it out alive and enjoyed our food.
5 star KFC, for what craved! The dining room is own to 4 people and about 100 degrees, hence 1 less star, but for stayed warm on the drive back home. I do miss the days we got real honey, and real butter those biscuits truly deserve!
Horrible food my chicken tenders were cold and stale the chicken tasted as if it was sitting there all day
My chicken was good hot crispy juicy mashed potatoes with gravy was great my coleslaw was good and tasty, ice cold diet Pepsi
Original recipe not too great. Chicken was over cook and burned. I couldn't believe what I saw. Never going back not the same. Workers not great service
On Saturday stopped for some sauce less wings. There was a little wait but the mature (older) gentleman that took my order offered me a free drink while I waited. When he walked the wings to my car he told me how to keep the fresh wings crisp on the ride home. It worked they were great. His customer service was rare. He also complimented my mask.
Food was fresh but it stills leaves you hungry. Honey BBQ wings were mediocre they just poured BBQ sauce on it.
Chicken tastes awesome but I swear the size of each piece is like half the size I remember eating before.

Always delicious food. Very busy, so sometimes they run out of chicken. When fully stocked fast service. The food is always tasty and on point. Love the prices too.
Order comes fairly quick and I really like how each associate refers to it as their KFC.ie. "Aloha and welcome to MY KFC".
Love it, order online and pick up item drive thru. The only thing I notice the person handling my order did not have gloves or a mask but the kitchen staff wore mask and gloves.
Restaurant great. KFC has bland tasting chicken. One day they will understand fried chicken should have flavor. Staff friendly and kind. Great customer service.
