KFC, Honolulu HI

Went through the drive thru to order for my family and there was one car in the parking lot come to find out that one car was for the unprofessional emanated terry…when trying to place my order the person kept cutting me off not allowing me to even get a half sentence out.which I did ask nicely if she could please stop interrupting me when I’m trying to order…then when I asked her a question to verify the pricing no response from her just silence so because there was no one behind me (of course) I went inside and waited while I watched an employee who kept walking and he saw me because he looked straight at me making contact but then still no acknowledgment then finally a older woman who turned out to be the manager and I asked are you the one who was at the window because she had the headset on and she said yes I proceeded to say why did she keep cutting me off In the middle of my sentences she then responded with she’s the only one there and in my head I’m wondering why she said that when I was looking at the other employee. Next I asked I’m sorry is it my fault your the only one here then rolled her eyes and walked away from me and said that her name was Terry…I guess that’s why it’s a Saturday night and not another customer in sight because it’s the customers fault for being treated so rudely because you lack the staff then you should close or not present your issues onto a paying customer and I did nothing wrong but asking politely not to cut me off in the middle of my sentences as it is quite rude but I didn’t yell, scream, call her names or nothing but yet I still was treated like I was scum…and to put it out there I was going to spend over $100 because the main family combo I was looking at was already $76

My husband grabbed some dinner for the kids & i from here. A chicken sandwich & some chicken with Mac & cheese & mashed potatoes along with a biscuit. As soon as he ate the sandwich he felt nauseous & started vomiting plus having diarrhea. My kids haven’t had any symptoms yet & I really
Hope they don’t they are only 4 and 7 months old. My husband is going through it right now & we never eat KFC.

Ordered through the drive-thru and did not receive an item i ordered. Tried to call the store and only got busy signal or number is not available. Will have to think before I come back to this location.

Lady at the window is rude. Sounds like she don't like her job at all so why work here then always missing food that I ordered or always don't have certain items on the menu‍️

This KFC sucks, chicken tastes like it's been reheated a couple times and smells weird too.

The food is good, when they have what you wanted. A lot of times they run out of certain selections or variaties, they asked if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for biscuits. The lot is so small that it fills up with dining room guests and drive thru cars, all that buildup causes traffic to STOP both ways because people are trying to get that chicken, which sometimes isn't even available.

Ordered 2 combos, none of which came with what I ordered. Spicy chicken sandwich had no spicy sauce or pickles. Nashville hot chicken had a squirt of sauce no pickles. Fries are stale.

NO FLAVOR! ZERO stars! Never, ever, ever again! 2 July 2022, at approximately 1800, they only had crispy. The chicken tasted as if it were a few days old, no flavor, dry batter, inside was dry and and like cardboard! How do they stay in business? Doesn't management monitor the quality every 2 hours or so? Shouldn't they have a fresh batch of chicken around dinner time? Do not eat here! This is a warning. Never eat here! Other reviewers say, "Usually never busy. " Now I know why. (Bougainville location)

Horrible! Rude service!

Told they only had 8 pieces of chicken n 2 containers of mashed potatoes left. They were still open for another 35 minutes! They should've just closed early since they weren't doing anything for customer service.

Never returning!

Showed up at 7 to order food for dinner. Didn't have half the items we would have gotten. And it wasn't a covid reason it was a they close in an hour and just don't want to make them.

This by far the ABSOLUTE worst KFC I have ever been too. The chicken was so dried out you couldn’t eat it and then want to turn around and charge you $5.15 fir small coke slaw since it does not come with the meals anymore. I would not recommend anyone ever going to this place!

The fried chicken is decent and the orders are always correct so that is all that matters here.

Not worth paying $12.00 for a Big Box comes with: 3 pieces chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw supposed to fill you up NOT WHEN THEY GIVE A DRUMETTE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A DRUMSTICK AND A THIGH THE SIZE OF DRUMETTE. PROOF IS THE PICTURE YOU BE THE JUDGE OF QUALITY

Best chicken ever. But dont go to the one on kaneohe bay drive across from McDonald's, there's a crazy worker whose SO Rude! Go to the one in Waikelei their Great!

They have weird hours and the customer service is suspect (evening shift) at this location. However, I feel like they are doing the best they can do and my husband continues to go bk to eat there‍️.

Fast service and consistently good food make this one of my "go to" spots for lunch or dinner when I'm in a hurry.

Pretty quick and efficient service. Usually orders filled correctly. Food good as usual at KFC

It's ok I guess if you go when the right person running the place is there so it's 50/50
